So they changed their name and added a letter to both words, and hey presto. Four stars because it's expensive, but there's not a lot of cheap-end home interior stuff out there, especially not that looks this good. You have to be moderately wealthy to afford the "ready made rooms" on display in here. If you're into remodeling the inside of your home, you'll probably find this place orgasmic. The employees are very friendly, patient, and there was no sort of high-pressure sales tactics as far as I could tell. Or maybe people just know better because they take one look at me and realize I'm unsellable. Or maybe it's just that the products in here are so impressive and top-of-the-line that they don't need to really push to sell anything. I can't afford to shop here, but it's a hell of a great place to bring a girl who has her own house or wants her own house. Then I get rewarded with a make out session in the parking lot. Everyone's happy.

I love anything to do with a kitchen and someday hope to reach that perfect design in my mind. But for now this place happens to by my playground and makes me wish that I owned my own house so I could trick it out with some sexy and sleek stuff. The staff is very helpful and is knowledgeable about all the items that the store contains. This is also the location for the Nickel City Chef competitions which I have yet to attend, but I hear they are fabulous!

I would not recommend doing business with Kinetic Kitchen and Bath. I think they have nice…read morecabinets, but their flooring is nothing special. Here's what I would recommend: get cabinets and countertops at Kinetic Kitchen and Bath if you want to. For flooring, I would suggest buying the flooring yourself, and then telling your contractor that you will supply the flooring (that is, take Kinetic Kitchen and Bath out of the equation for flooring). This way, if you have a problem with the flooring, you can return it to the big box store. Kinetic Kitchen and Bath's return policy on flooring is no good to you if you have a problem with it because the flooring is custom made, and they might charge you a restocking fee (even though you did nothing wrong).

Several mistakes were made during our kitchen project by Kinetic staff. Our cabinets did not fit the space as designed because the designer measured wrong. We had to wait twice as long for our cabinets than we were told we would have to. We had to send product back because of damage or not properly fitting because of the errors. We were shorted hardware. It took almost 4 months to get everything we ordered in an acceptable condition. We were told repeatedly that there was only one person working there and that's why we weren't receiving any information. Not an excuse for terrible customer service and subpar quality product. When we raised these concerns the owner told us that's just how construction goes. TERRIBLE experience.

Trish met with us in our home to see the space and hear our vision. She designed a layout that was realistic for our budget and still met our expectations for the updated space. She helped us throughout the entire process and was very patient even while explaining the differences in options since this was our first remodel experience. Trish also connected us with a contractor who was already a KW installer and had familiarity with the pieces. The entire process was so smooth and the entire project finished on time, on budget, and exactly what we envisioned. It has been almost 5 months and we absolutely love our updated kitchen! Huge thanks to Trish and Shoulda Called Vince for the amazing work.

My designer, Trish, was extremely detail oriented, helping guide me to a kitchen of my dreams. The installer, Josh, was respectful of my property, courteous and highly motivated to do an outstanding job from cabinet installation to precision tile work. It was easy to see that both these individuals took pride in their work. While the thumbprint of my kitchen did not change, it's still a galley kitchen- but now not only is it more functional- it's beautiful as well!

My 6 year old was with me and she later said that he reminded her of "Flash" the sloth from the kid's movie Zootopia -- and I laughed out loud b/c she was 100% spot on. He literally moved sooooooo slowlyyyyyyyyyy, lifting up his scan gun inch by inch, cutting open the plastic to get to the UPC......... just crawlingggggggggggggggggg.
