Loved his design ideas and being able to see them on the computer especially different layouts. He provided high quality unobtrusive work in a timely manner and fixed previous sub quality problems from previous installer (he even made sure the work area was clean at the end of each work day). Definitely looking forward to kitchen and bathroom update with him next Spring.

The employees are very friendly, patient, and there was no sort of high-pressure sales tactics as far as I could tell. Or maybe people just know better because they take one look at me and realize I'm unsellable. Or maybe it's just that the products in here are so impressive and top-of-the-line that they don't need to really push to sell anything. I can't afford to shop here, but it's a hell of a great place to bring a girl who has her own house or wants her own house. Then I get rewarded with a make out session in the parking lot. I love anything to do with a kitchen and someday hope to reach that perfect design in my mind. It was a relatively small but tedious job because of the size and shape of the tiles. I wasn't even sure that the tiles word work in my space. I started making calls, but no one either had the time or wanted to make the time to do what I needed, but then I called Ray. From the time that he answered my call, until the job was done, he never said no. He did the job himself, kept in touch and showed up when he said he would. He instilled confidence in me because he never made anything out to be a problem or a big deal. No small thing...he's a nice guy! While the thumbprint of my kitchen did not change, it's still a galley kitchen- but now not only is it more functional- it's beautiful as well!

My cabinets are 2 years old and these are my issues and they do not care…read more 1. The paint on my cabinets is chipping. They say it's from wiping them off with water. What?! They are in a kitchen. They should be able to handle being wiped off. 2. The bottoms of the cabinets are garbage. When you take items out, you can tell the shape of the items that were sitting in them. 3. The depth is less than my old/previous cabinets (was not made aware of this when ordering) so I'm unable to for some platters, etc in these new cabinets. 4. Service department isn't helpful or responsive.
