How many times have I driven past Tesori and said " that place looks adorable I have to stop in…read morethere" .... countless! But I finally did stop in there and it is adorable!! And it's eclectic with vintage, modern, antiques , collectibles, art work and furniture. So many things your eyes simply don't know where to look. The kind of place that makes it very difficult to carry on a conversation with someone because you're looking at so many fun things that you forget what they asked you! The owner was absolutely welcoming and just charming. There was a fire in the fire place that invited you to sit and look around and keep jumping up to get something else you simply couldn't believe you found. Every nook and cranny had a treasure. Some were from estate sales, some were on consignment, some were from local artists. I can't imagine not being able to find just the most unique gift for someone or for that shelf in your home. I couldn't resist a vintage train case! The owner also told us that new items are constantly being added and so it's the kind of place that you would never see the same thing twice and I think always be welcomed anytime. I'm looking forward to going and hanging out with some holiday gift money again soon!!

I know I can always find a quality gift item for my garden-loving friends, a unique perennial for that odd spot in the yard, or a funky planter to make the perfect table setting. My most recent garden problem was finding a nicely shredded mulch that didn't leave behind big chunks at the end of each growing season. Lavocat's to the rescue! They have a wonderful hardwood fine-shredded mulch that's just perfect. If you're like me, and have a smaller garden - bagged mulch is what we need - whole truck loads just don't work. I've been on the phone with the orchard Park location, the delivery coordinator there who said the order was set up with the Williamsville location and he gave me that number to call. I called that location. Spoke with two different people and both told me that the delivery was lost somehow! As I was asking the gentleman Oscar, if it was going to be a call back or if I was going to be on hold again which had happened repeatedly, and realize he hung up on me! Right now. I'm waiting for a call back from a manager which is what I said. I wanted to speak to a manager at this point. If I don't hear back in another 20 minutes, I'm probably calling the store again! We were told it wasn't exactly a delivery from Lowe's. It was kind of like a doordash delivery! Not from the actual store deliveries. This happened to us when we ordered a grill! It took forever to get here and when it was delivered it wasn't Lowe's employees that put it together and it was put together wrong. We had to complain and a Lowe's employee came out here in a Lowe's truck and fixed it. Because they made it right. We thought we'd try them again, but here we are. 3 days later they're telling us it might come tomorrow now! Not happy!

I had shopped half of the store when I needed to use the restroom. I asked to use theirs but was told no. I asked again as it was an emergency, and was told I had to go up the street. I spent 1000s of dollars in your store and was told again to go up the street. (I'm almost 80 years old). My friend who also shops there frequently had a similar experience with rude staff and has decided to not shop there anymore. Emma was the staff member I consulted with. I'm disappointed and sad to report I won't be back.

The shop is chock full of beautifully staged, quality items that anyone would be proud to show off in their home. The furniture here is clean, clean, clean, quality, and quite appealing. I found myself circulating through the store a few times - there are so many items here - you'll simply have to look more than once. Don't forget to look up! I will start with the fact that I have never been treated worse in my own house than I was by a…read morePlumber (Mark) from Ed Youngs Hardware. He came out a few weeks ago to fix my basement toilet. He told me it was not up to code and he said that's why it wasn't working. He worked for about an hour and a half installing a vent for our pump toilet system. I never saw him do anything but install the vent. He never looked at the pump system at all. And obviously that was the problem. But he said it was fixed and I paid well over $600. Being a basement toilet, it wasn't used much, so several days later I discovered it still was not working. I called and they sent the same guy to fix it properly. He couldn't have complained more about actually having to finishing the job this time. He actually said to me, "are you on some kind of medication or something?" blaming me for the job he never fixed the first time. He said that I was to blame for the pipes being clogged. When I asked him, are you saying that I, using it at most three times since you were here, am responsible for clogging the pipes? He paused for about 5 seconds and then said "yes". I know he never really checked things properly the first time, because I was checking on what he was doing. I called and left a message with the owner and of course he couldn't bother to respond to me, a customer... and on top of all else, the plumber started raising his voice at me. He obviously was caught lying regarding even looking for any other reason than the vent issue as to why it wasn't working. When I spoke to the plumbing manager, he told me that they have been in business 100 years? How did that help me?? The guy that was in my house, should not be anywhere near the home owner. I did find someone that fixed it. Will never go near Ed Youngs again.
