I would not use. They installed my floors incorrectly even though at the time when I asked Alston said he does it all the time with no problems. If I could put zero stars I would. I wouldn'trecommend this company to my worst enemy. Unprofessional . Less than 3 months after the floors were installed they were lifting sliding and poping. He sold me on it saying it's commercial grade flooring and it is meant for high traffic areas. It was a load of garbage. Very creative. I love my bathrooms. Amazing value, quality and clean workmanship.

My wife and I were so impressed with the service they provided to us during our 1st home and renovation process. Alston and his team did a phenomenal job time wise considering the magnitude of what we were doing-- of course we would have wanted it done sooner, but the size of the job was tremendous. They redesigned our kitchen, master bath, guest bath, removed popcorn ceiling, inserted hardwood flooring, Laid tile in designated areas, tore down ill placed loft, painted all 2,100 sq ft and so much more for half of what everyone else wanted to charge. If you are thinking about using this business DON'T! This place came recommended by family and they are not professional! A small guest bathroom renovation that was promised to take 3 weeks took 2 months! Firstly Alston demanded 50% of the money up front before starting. His "helpers"some questionable .. did not have a clue what they were doing! They put the wrong drain for the shower, they put 7 holes in my ceiling and instead of just putting a whole new drywall they patched it up horribly without even removing the vent! The wall tiles were put on wrong. All the caulking cracked day 1. They left burn marks from cutting on my white tile a huge hole behind my mirror. Ruined my new door frame. Tore all walls down No installation put in before walls and tile put on. Also put a hole in my hallway wall and never fixed it! Used expanding hole filler spray for pipe under sink and left it looking a hot mess. Also cut out extra holes in my new tile which I now have to buy covers for! Did a horrible silicone sealing job around my new glass shower doors! Did not take complaints to lightly when told had excuses for everything! Alston also promised he would have all of our issues addressed then ghosted us! If you do decide use this business be ready to micromanage the entire job as Alston does not do the job or check that his people are doing the right job! We thought they were professionals but they're not. It took them 6 weeks to complete a small kitchen. Alston demanded the last 50% of the money before finishing our kitchen. He wanted to leave us with drawers that wouldn't open properly and cabinets that were uneven. Alston also promised us that he would bring us the color of the cabinets so we can patch up a few places where the cabinets were chipped, and when it came down to it he said he didn't have it. When we argued with him about it, he went to Lowe's and brought us a little bit of matched paint in a Propel bottle. That's right. Propel bottle. Also, when he finally claimed everything was finished, we noticed that the cabinet that holds the garbage bins were not there. Then he ended up bringing it a week later. Additionally, he gave us a 30" cabinet in our bathroom when it was supposed to be 32." When it's a small bathroom, that 2 inches make a huge difference. If you want to use this company, just make sure you look over your own project in details because Alston is not going to do it. read more
