I hate to leave bad reviews, but I base my opinions on customer reviews so I feel obligated to inform others of my experience. My sister in law used this store twice and had no issues. She actually apologized to me after seeing my cabinets, even though this was not her fault! Anyways, we spent $30,000 on cabinets that were installed (through the store's contractor) with dents and scrapes along every inferior edge of the upper cabinets. It looked like a jagged saw was used to cut them. There was a large dent on the side of one where it was attached to the wall as well. There were also over 20+ dents/knicks, etc. Every time I called the sales rep he was rude and kept telling me that wood cabinets will come chipped and need touchups. I invited him to the house to see the actual cabinets and he declined. They ended up adding trim to every exposed cabinet edge to cover the issues with the edges. I would not recommend these cabinets from aristokraft or using this store. Renovations are so stressful and I didn't need the salesman to be condescending and rude after I spent $30,000 at his store. We are doing the mudroom next and ordered those cabinets through our contractor, it's a much less stressful situation! Our contractor will replace/fix anything before we are even aware of an issue. We have new construction and spent $40,000 for shaker cabinets that were half-installed while we were out of town on vacation. We got home and were distraught to see the style installed are not shaker, but some awful geometric, modern version of shaker. Our entire house (bathrooms, closets, woodwork, doors....) all shaker style. Ryan has seen the house and was well aware of the look we were going for- we discussed the style on at least 5 different occasions. It is extremely upsetting and we were hopeful that the issue could be remedied by replacing the cabinet doors. We were told that they tried to match the shaker style, but it wasn't available for the blue island (we would have switched out the island), but that we could get shaker style for the other cabinets for an additional $20,000. I really can't explain what was lost in translation here, but I trusted the seller to ensure the style was correct when ordered; however, they do not seem to be taking any responsibility. It is so sad and disappointing to have this eyesore in our beautiful new home. Cannot recommend. read more

We didn't even get to sign a contract for work to be done and I fired them! Terrible customer service. The appointment we made with the sales guy was interrupted several times with other customers coming in and our sales guy would tell us to "sit tight" while he helped others....I thought the purpose of booking an appointment was to avoid interruption. Then their sub contractor came out to the property for an estimate. He said he would be in touch with a quote. After more than week, no quote. I called and left a voicemail with the sales rep and he never returned my call. I guess they pick and choose their projects and pass on business? Very odd. Especially considering I let two perfect strangers enter my home on two separate occasions and then never heard from them again. Consumers beware. read more

The experience of the kitchen design was fine. The problems came when it was being installed. There were measurement issues, installation issues and defects in the materials delivered. There were a lot of adjustments that ended up having to be made and a month later they are still not complete. For the money we spent we thought that we were getting better quality than home depot would have sold us but in reality we got particle board. When I originally called to say that we found multiple issues my rep was short with me. He did apologize and come out to see how it could be corrected however the correction I feel look worse than the mistake in the first place. We still have shelves missing and boxes of pot and pans line my kitchen since we cannot really put anything away. I HATE my new kitchen more than I disliked my old one. read more

Why bother when there are other companies to go to. I went in to discuss my options for cabinets and was treated like I was wasting there time. I asked what the difference was between the quality grades and the salesman, Mike Cruz, said "I don't know what you want me to tell you. So I clarified and asked, how are the cabinets made that differ from Lowes or Home Depot, his retort was "a cabinet is a cabinet". After mentioning I had more than one kitchen to do, his attitude changed. I get better service in grocery store, not worth the time. read more

In a nutshell, I'm sooooo happy I went with Kitchen Sales! I didn't use a General Contractor to coordinate my entire kitchen makeover - I handled it myself. I had no idea what I was doing - and Kitchen Sales was so wonderful! They helped me plan out the timing of everything (which has worked out perfectly!) - which helped me to make what could have potentially been a chaotic experience - into a really smooth one! The cabinets arrived last week and were installed this week .... and they look gorgeous! I can't believe how great they look! It's exactly how I pictured it - if not better. And Kitchen Sales gave me suggestions on some of the options - and they really know what they're doing. I can't believe all the storage space I have! Their installers, by the way, were so friendly and professional as well. I can't wait for the countertops to be installed soon!! I recently had a kitchen installed by Kitchen Sales in a condo on the Cape. It was not a big project but still you spend $5,000+ you want everything to go smoothly. I was advised by my contractor to deal with Barry, the owner, directly. He was very professional, understood my needs and gave me a fair estimate. I had 2 more estimates and weighing in all the factors decided to go with Kitchen Sales. I was not disappointed. The cabinets came on time with no defects and installation was done very professionally by the installer Justin Cruz. We arrived there when they were almost finished and we asked them to make a couple of minor adjustments which they gladly did. After the completion of the project we realized we missed on one thing - there was a gap between the bottom of the cabinet and the top of the fridge wide enough to see the bottom of the cabinet. It didn't look good but it was not overlooked by Barry as he explained that if we ever have to replace the refrigerator it might be higher than the existing one and he had to leave some room for it. When I told Barry about it, he offered to order a filler from the manufacturer to close this gap for free and I already received it. Although I did not run into a real problem I had a feeling that if that happened Barry would be able to resolve it to my satisfaction. I have to disclose that the installation project has just finished and I haven't started using the kitchen yet, so can't tell what it's going to be after 5 years of usage. KS was recommended by our installer. We spent a long time with the salesman. He knew I have an 11 by 11 kitchen and did not want to waste one inch anywhere. I believed we were ordering custom cabinets based on the trip out to measure, the detailed questions and choices, etc. I stupidly trusted they know math and would provide custom cabinets which would utilize every square inch. Not even close. I have a 4 inch gap between my cabinet and fridge. So much dead space in between other upper cabinets that if added together is enough to hold a row of fat mugs! The installer put the "island" in the wrong place that had I been home would not have happened which he did dismantle and redo according to my conversation with our salesperson that was not passed on properly. The installer did a nice job, however, I am now left with gorgeous "box" cabinets that are not custom, tons of dead space and a damaged brand new wood floor. Do not trust them. Buyer beware. I am such a fool for trusting that based on their years in busness they know how to get it right. read more
