This particular day I went in to see Stephen Bradly who had worked with my elderly parents the day prior; they wanted me to see what they picked out. What I noticed is that my mom (who I get my taste from lol) picked out the more expensive option & she said that Stephen showed her a similar unit that had many of the same bells and whistles but was a little less. She sang his praises and said that he was understanding and knowledgeable with the brands and what they have to offer. Although my Moms mind was set on the more expensive one, she said she will come back to purchase from him because he was so knowledgeable & made her feel like she was making a well informed decision! The reason that I gave three stars was because the delivery installation was a nightmare. So I ordered a dishwasher an oven a cooktop, a microwave, a trash, compactor, refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. They got delivered and I paid extra for installation for everything They left and the dishwasher had exposed wires at the bottom and would not work. The wall oven is dented around the frame, and the dryer was not working at all either and on the washing machine the hot and cold lines were mixed meaning when I set it for cold for the temperature of the water, it was piping hot and it shrunk some of my clothes. I called to have them come fix those things that weren't working properly or installed properly and they did come back out, but it was a little bit of an issue to get them here. The wall oven is still dented now I have to have GE come out and replace that because they need a whole new replacement for that. The dryer still was not hooked up properly after the second time and again they said it was an issue with the Maytag appliance so I had to wait while they got me a whole new dryer and installed that so three weeks after the initial delivery I finally got a dryer.

I thought I bought granite, but it was a "hybrid". Truly not suited for a kitchen that gets lots of use. Cracks and chunks and chips on the edges. I called and expected them to service the issues, but they wanted to charge me to repair the damaged edges in under a few months!! I have another stone project and will not return!

But then the kicker. The contract stated ALL STONE SOLD "AS IS'. Angela said well, that is because it is outside and something could happen to it. Right, so they would install scratched or chipped or unfinished or dropped piece and too bad, so sad for me. I did not sign it.

I hired The Grill Doctor on 11/18/2025 to repair my Kamado Joe Classic III grill. Over the next two months, I followed up multiple times via text, email, and phone. On several occasions, I was told the required parts were "in transit" and would arrive "this week." That explanation was repeated, but no installation was ever scheduled. On 1/29/2026, I requested either a confirmed installation date or a refund. I was told scheduling would be coordinated the week of 2/9/2026, but that did not happen. A final follow-up on 2/23/2026 received no response. As of today, the service remains incomplete. I recommend carefully reviewing public feedback before hiring this company.

I should note that they no called, no showed a few times before actually coming out. They did not come out until April to replace these parts, rescheduling several times after consistent nagging from me. They will not answer the phone and only correspond over text (if they even respond). After we finally got them to come out, they demanded payment less than 24 hours from completing services and before I even had the chance to validate work had been done (it was a holiday weekend, and we were out of town). They were very persistent in their effort to collect payment, texting me multiple times a day and threatening to engage an attorney and then take a "mechanical lien" on the property (which isn't even a real thing). At this point, we'd tried to remit payment twice but there were issues on their end. all of that to say, I do not recommend this company. find someone else.
