It had a lot of sentimental value to her as she spent many hours with her grandmother as a child. I was able to find another piece of granite to put on the legs but she never felt it was the same. I had kept the 2 pieces after they broke. I recently had an idea to have the original marble cut into 6 smaller 6" x 6" squares so she could put them under a lamp, flower pot or outside someplace. I am going to surprise her with them on her 75th birthday this month. I contacted Granite Solutions in Webster Florida. They were very pleasant and understanding on the phone and promised to get back to me soon. They did so in about a half hour. Although I was originally not going to have it 'finished' they explained the difference to me and how much better it would look so I agreed to have them do the extra steps. Originally I had said I wanted 4 pieces but after hanging up I re-measured it and realized I could get 6 pieces out of the broken stone. They had given me a price and when I explained I could get 2 more pieces out of it they said there would be no extra charge. I felt the price was very reasonable, they were pleasant to deal with and did what I had asked for quickly. I would strongly recommend this company and if I get my countertops replaced they will be my first call.

Buyer Beware - Shawn & Lori of Leesburg Kitchens…read more My motive is to save someone from making a large investment with a company that should not be in business. Below is a short summary of what happened to my family when contracting with Shawn & Lori of Leesburg Kitchen and Bath located at 1201 W. Main St Leesburg, Florida 34748. Leesburg Kitchen and Bath was contracted to build and install what was supposed to be a beautiful kitchen. Nearly $20,000 was paid directly to Shawn & Lori on day 1 and yes that was 100% of the balance as they required it, and now we know why... The end result was an incomplete kitchen installation which looked as though it was installed by someone extremely unqualified. Damaged Crown Mouldings - Damaged Cabinet Doors - Missing Filler Strips - Doors colliding with moldings/walls - Bronze Deck screws used between adjoining boxes - Nails and/or nail holes all over the place and at random. After learning about all of this, I contacted Shawn. After a few difficult conversations, he promised to make the appropriate corrections. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a series of excuses, Shawn never showed up. Its been 4 months and he has not even attempted to make 1 repair. It is clear, he has abandoned the job completely. Shawn also stopped answering phone calls, emails and texts. We were forced to hire a 2nd company to remove, reorder and finally reinstall all of Shawn's damaged cabinets as well as reorder all of the missing parts that were never even delivered. The installation came out great thankfully and the kitchen looks as it was supposed to. Shawn has the repair invoices in which reimbursement is warranted. As of 2/04/2020 he has not contacted me concerning payment. I will continue to update each of the review sites until a conclusion is drawn.

The sales lady, Victoria, took time to go over the selection with us and was very friendly. We decided to get estimates from other places for comparison and by far stone spirit was the most reasonable of them all. The overall process was seamless! He can do the work and run the business. The cabinet guys he sent to finish the job did so admirably. The finished paint work was completed, door panels, cabinet frames, all new soft close door hinges, an upgrade. The cabinet guys are work oriented, no complaints, no smoke.
