Lon, told us it would be installed in the following two weeks. We waited three weeks before calling in. When we did we found out that they hadn't even cut the counters, yet. Even though it was confirmed on their notes they didn't send the order out. We have had this happen a total of three additional times. Where they didn't confirm us, even though we had called several times, and we even went in. In addition they constantly 'forget' to contact us to tell us that our order has been delayed yet again. I am so frustrated with them. We haven't had our kitchen for months. It is so frustrating not being able to use our kitchen and limiting what we can make. I have had to constantly call in to find out anything. They have taken absolutely no action in trying to correct their mistakes.

They provided a drawing prior so I could see what it was going to look like and I was able to make a couple of changes which was nice. The reason why I did not give an excellent rating is the new stainless steel sink they provided I noticed after they left had several scratches on it. When I called the sales Rep Braden, he said it could have been the plumber who scratched it when he hooked everything back up. No one knows for sure. But the new sink I'm not sure is as good quality as my old one as it seems to scratch more easily than my old one. Overall, they did a good job on the granite installation.
