Lon, told us it would be installed in the following two weeks. We waited three weeks before calling in. When we did we found out that they hadn't even cut the counters, yet. Even though it was confirmed on their notes they didn't send the order out. We have had this happen a total of three additional times. Where they didn't confirm us, even though we had called several times, and we even went in. In addition they constantly 'forget' to contact us to tell us that our order has been delayed yet again. I am so frustrated with them. We haven't had our kitchen for months. It is so frustrating not being able to use our kitchen and limiting what we can make. I have had to constantly call in to find out anything. They have taken absolutely no action in trying to correct their mistakes.

Pioneer Flooring won't even come out to look at the flooring. They insist their warranty only covers re-gluing the lifting panels. If it was 2 or 3 planks I could understand but there are at least 20 planks coming up in various places throughout the house. That tells me the glue used was bad. They did very poor job on our home and they won't stand behind their work.

A year and a half later, my shower is leaking and causing mold problems, and I've had to pay another company to fix Canyon's mistakes. They sent in a crew of complete amateurs, unsupervised and ruined 2000 Sq. Ft. of tile. He no showed or canceled on me a hand full of times when appointments were made for him to come and look at the flooring. Once he agreed to do the warranty work, he did follow through and started the tear out and install of my new floors. However, he cut corners, and his work was poorly done. He left a continuous mess in my garage and home, and it took him much longer than he told us it would take. He would not communicate with me and rarely responded to my phone calls or texts when I tried to communicate. We ended up firing him and the job was never finished by him. It really was a complete nightmare working with this company.

Both employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful, especially the young man outside with the slabs. They always know if the products we want are in stock or when they should arrive. They're good with price estimates. The only reason I knocked one star off is that they close at 5:00 on weekdays and at 2:00 on Saturdays. Difficult to get there after regular work hours.
