Aside from Kith just being a streetwear brand, their desserts are actually really good. I love their ice cream, and you can pick from so many toppings to mix in. Price isn't too bad either, but you may have to wait in line to go inside if you're just looking for their treats. I'm so glad that Kith opened in Dallas because it's one of my favorite streetwear brands, and they always have the most fun collabs (including a Dallas collection!). read more

I have always wanted to check out the Kith ice cream and missed opportunities when visiting NYC. I had heard we got a location here in DFW and finally stopped in. The store is very nice and clean and definitely an elevated shoe/clothing store. The ice cream shop is conveniently located at the front of the store. I ordered the JLP since I'm a fan of his and the ingredients looked good. When I saw what looked like 4 scoops of ice cream getting blended I thought maybe someone ordered a shake because surely all that couldn't fit in what appeared to be a small cup. To my surprise after they magically swirl the ice cream with your choice of toppings, then all the ice cream fits in the cup. I've shopped at Kith for years online, at the Manhattan location, and at the Miami location and have never had the kind of disappointing customer service I received at this pop up location in my hometown of Dallas. When I walked in, store staff rushed to help other shoppers, but didn't even speak to me until I picked something up off the rack. When I went to purchase a single sweater, the employee checking me out asked for my ID when I presented a debit card, which has never happened to me anywhere. The store is decent and they have all the clothes and shoes the other locations around the country have, but the shopping experience was absolutely miserable. I don't plan on returning to the Dallas location. read more

So happy there's a Dallas location. It's in a busy area, and the parking is limited to a few spots, so plan accordingly or park in the first spot you see. Shoutout to Kendall, she was great. The staff was very helpful and attentive during our shopping experience. It's a good size inside, and they have many options for clothing, men, women, and kids, and lots of really nice kicks and styles, with various brands. And let's not forget the sunglasses for kids, including socks. At the checkout area, a few home fragrances are on the back wall in the men's section. And let's not forget the treat area with seats if you need to take a break while you shop. If you don't have the kith app go ahead and get it. There are also several seating areas for you to sit while you shop, and a nice dressing room area. I had a severe craving for ice cream/froyo when I was in Dallas last week, and decided to have it be my dinner since that's the only thing I had an appetite for! Kith was on the way to where I was going, so I figured why not give it a try? I vaguely remember hearing about it when I used to live in LA, but never got around to trying it. I didn't realize it was part men's designer shop / dessert shop, lol. I headed straight for the desserts counter, and the cashier walked me through the options. Only vanilla was available as the base, but I could mix in two ingredients. I picked cinnamon toast crunch as my cereal and cookie dough as my other ingredients. I expected the toppings to be mixed in in solid form, but turns out they grind up EVERYTHING and then it comes out to you in soft serve form! The all time worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. Not one sales person greeted me, and I walked past at least 5 of them. I came for some Salomon sneakers and they had them. Didn't even check if they were in my size because I would rather purchase online at that point. The security guard briefly said hi and bye but not at all warm or welcoming. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. In the middle of torrential downpour we ran up to door that I have entered on 3 separate occasions as it's near the parking, to be greeted by a DRY rent a cop telling us that we need to walk around to the other side of building ( getting further soaked as it's still pouring) to enter the empty store. He then refused entry and refused to get a manager. There is no exit only sign on said door and frankly I don't care if there is or isn't, you take care of your patrons who spend hard earned money in your store, especially when they are being soaked in a rainstorm. Get it together or you will not last in Dallas, we don't put up with that bs behavior here. Left a piss poor taste in my mouth and I'll be purchasing a birthday gift elsewhere today. read more
