This year she made some sides for Thanksgiving and they were just as good! We had so much food for Thanksgiving that I froze part of her food and future Angela can't wait to have those goodies again! You can tell that she uses quality ingredients and that her food is prepared with care. Not only was her food great, but the whole process was done quickly and professionally. I placed my order shortly before the big day, the invoice was sent and she gave me a projected time for delivery. I didn't have to think about anything else. Our delivery was made at the precise time that she said and the food was wrapped well to avoid any messes. Her delivery person was polite and safe as well. For our wedding menu, they suggested a Farm to Salad and Jerusalem Artichoke Soup. I've never had such a delicious salad- it had complex ingredients (red and golden beets, watermelon radish, red quinoa, organic farro, black figs etc.) that really elevated the dish. And the artichoke soup was my first experience, also so unique, and so delicious. Kosher really knows what they're doing and how to bring a unique experience to its guests.
