I absolutely love this storm. The sandwiches are something you can't find anywhere else not only because the speed that they're made but the quality of the ingredients any business in the area if you ask them where to get a good sandwich, they're going to point you right in this direction and not only did they make fantastic food. LOVE this place, before my mom passed she lived nearby so I would always order from here, she loved their ham turkey sandwich with avocado and I always ordered the Monster I spoke to one of the workers up front when I placed my order that it started out as a joke and didnt think that it would be taken seriously! It was a great little chat and learned a little history behind that sandwich. I ordered a loaf of their bread they use to make them because theyre great just to snack on alone. staff is always so friendly and nice there, really great gem in the valley for sure read more

Every single sandwich I've tried from here has been absolutely delicious. They offer delivery and you can even order some items from the mini mart they are associated with. The staff that answers the phone and the delivery person have always been friendly. Sometimes depending on the size of your order they might take a bit longer than quoted but never excessively. read more

Just stopped in before a work meeting to grab some lunch. The ambiance is an unassuming deli in a strip mall area. The man at the register takes your order and he and his wife makes your order. I had the egg salad baguette; the bread was so fresh. Crisp but soft inside, the egg salad was unsalted or lightly salted. Either way probably best for my heart. lol I sat out on the back patio and enjoyed my meal and even had the pleasure of making some small talk with the wife. My wife and I ordered the Avocado Club Sandwich and the Pastrami and both were amazing! The bread is excellent, the meat is top notch, and they just know how to make an excellent sandwich! We were both very satisfied and definitely plan on going back. If you're in the San Fernando Valley and are looking for a great sandwich, I highly recommend. read more

This is my favorite sandwich place! Everything they make is so delicious and it's a good value for the price. My favorite is probably the pastrami sub with swiss on French bread but today I got the avocado club sandwich and it was very good as well. Turkey, avocado, iceberg lettuce, red onion, bacon, and tomato slices on a croissant with mustard and mayonnaise. All ingredients very fresh and I have enough left for tomorrow's lunch as well! read more

Who knew this little mini market had the BEST SANDWICHES EVER!!! What a mess. You'd think since they mailed me a flyer they must want my business. And it looks good so I call the number on the flyer and there is no answer. Well maybe the outgoing message will tell me what to do. There is no outgoing message. Check number and try again. Yep. This alleged business has a mailbox that is full and no outgoing message at the number on their flyer and the number on Yelp. Ok, so I'll go to their website. Lol, you can't do anything on it! It's literally a one page website with a drop down menu that doesn't work. So it's confusing. They do want our business or not? So we decided to just pay the extra money to grub hub and try them out. The sandwiches were good. Lots of filling and pretty solidly delicious flavor. But the bread was very very hard, as in kind of difficult to eat, kind of hard. What a shame to have gone through all this time and forty dollar lunch costs for an okay sandwich on hard baguette. Seems pretty cool that they are a full store though, including Italian desserts. Maybe we'll have better luck going in and seeing how they are in person. read more

A very unassuming little market with delicious sandwiches. The cashier is a lovely woman. Been here at least 4 times in the last month. I don't know where they get their bread, but it makes the sandwiches. My favorite is the provincial. My family really enjoys the turkey, the meatball and the donkey. read more

When I'm on this side of the Valley I love to pop in here and grab a sangwich. Talk about a hidden gem. Valleys best kept secret. Fantastic spot to grab a sangwich. What to go with: Italian cold cut sangwich bangin off the hinges. Egg salad sangwich bangin off the hinges hittin switches in the low-low. (My personal fave from here and prob one of the best egg salad sangwichs around) Pastrami Swiss is a great audible if you can't make up your mind. Turkey is decent. The French baguette they use is fucking awesome. Texture is prefectly crumbly with a great crunch and decently soft inside. Highly recommend trying this place and adding it to you rotation. read more

I love this place. I like supporting small businesses around my neighborhood. The bagels are delicious, my favorite is the egg, cheese, and pastrami on plain bagel. The staff are very friendly. However, I wish the prep area is a little cleaner. The condiment bottles need to be cleaned or replaced. It just makes me think if there's bacteria in the bottle. The microwave looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time. And the cutting boards look so dirty. Please clean up a little. Thank you. read more

Love this place. Great food. Better service. I have never been inside the market yet. I have used the delivery service on multiple occasions both to my residence and to other locations I was at and in need of a plethora and diverse list of items that ranged from sandwiches (fyi they're the bomb, get it on the French baguette), ice cream, water, drinks etc. From the pics of the store it looks nice enough inside. A pretty solid sandwich showing from Antidote! Just was feeling like a sub with good meat and bread, and because of COVID I didn't want to go out, so eating in was definitely in my future. They were quick and they were delicious. Simple, but good. What I expected from the reviews, though with so many 5 star reviews I was skeptical of it's earned stardom, and I was happy to know I can still trust my fellow elites on a decent sandwich shop that's not $$$ or just slapped together like Subway. The one phonecall I look forward to dialing...Notoriously known to text. Mainly because it means I can have prepared foods/bevs/goods ready for me to pick up or for prompt delivery. It is my special life hack. On my way to the Hollywood Bowl? Out of something in the pantry? Alcohol to gift? Antidote seems to always have it all. You must call them though...they have more inventory than what populates on their website or apps. Although if you find what you need...I usually have questions. Update: it's been many years been ordering from them and they always have good sandwiches and service. I recently ordered from them when we were at work... and I was glad they waited for me to go pick up food from outside building... my coworkers love the sandwiches too!!! Definitely recommend this place! Our favorite (classic tuna, chicken parm, or tuna melt) delish!!!!! Thank you!!!!!! Love love love ordering from them.
