Air Asia was cheap for a reason, it ran and operated like a cheap scam, and now that I have an opportunity to go back to Japan next year, I needed plane fare. The thought of Air Asia makes me cringe and shudder in disgust at the thought. Anyhoo... My travel companion insists on flying only on JAL so my choices were limited. I did some research on Cheap Tickets, Travelocity and Expedia, but Kintetsu got us the best price. For example: Cheap Tickets $830 round trip, Travelocity $796 but on different airlines (Scoot - hell no, Delta - ugh), and exact same price on Expedia $796 for JAL. Kintetsu got us multi-city tickets for $770 on JAL exclusively, and at the time we wanted to fly! YAY Kintetsu! WTG! Call ahead to reserve your plane ticket and make sure you take your passport with you. They have some nice maps and travel guides to Japan for free. I scooped some up. I know, I know, who needs a map when you have the internet? But sometimes a good, old-fashioned map comes in super handy when you are walking around Japan and Google Maps decides to point you in the wrong direction with that SUPER ANNOYING compass!!! I hate Google Maps. When we left to get into the elevator, our ticket agent walked us to the elevator and bowed to us. I felt like I was in Japan all over again! Parking is validated 1.5 hours in the Waikiki Business Plaza.

I read Yelp reviews and heard about this business and how well Simon was in helping with going through the process. He sent me an email stating what was needed. We gathered all the info and went down to Skyway Express (located by Singsing Restaurant). Simon filled all our Visa forms, collected our passports and called us if the consulate needed additional information. It took a little over a month to get back our passports with our China Visa. Definitely recommend this business. Total cost was $350 each person ($140 for the visa and the rest for their services) - money well spent instead of us having to fly to California and stay or fly back there when the passports were ready.

They were also going to visit Dali, LiJiang, XiZhou, and ZhongShan. I haven't been to these cities, so I wanted to go! Luckily, my friend, Irene, agreed to be my roommate! We went to their office in Chinatown Honolulu to meet with the travel agents at Skyway Express. They processed our paperwork for Visas, gave us itineraries, and even hosted a welcome/orientation luncheon for everyone to meet! The process was quite smooth, even with the refund for our flight since we added on a few days extra in Hong Kong before and after China. We paid for our flights on Expedia which turned out to save us some money! Skyway Express booked the five hotels, land tours, bullet train ride between KunMing and Dali, and flight between LiJiang and GuangZhou! The package included all admission fees to various museums and theaters, air-conditioned buses, most meals, tips for the drivers and tour guides, and unlimited bottled water! We're looking forward to the next Narcissus Queen's Tour!

For myself it's mostly for parking validation as with purchase of $25 at any biz which you must provide ID along with same day receipt Hawai'i residents and military has 3 hours of parking for free which is a great incentive to support some of our local biz in this area. They also complimentary cultural activities schedule that's they provide in parts of the mall including Ukulele lesson right at Helumoa Hale which is amazing. As the RHC also have various seasonal promotions gifts with purchase are picked up here as well not to forget that it is a guest services spot so for any questions this is the place for it all. She skillfully shepherded us tourist sheep through our destinations on Okinawa island and it's neighboring islands. Tour participants vary, but our particular group was great. She shared her life story how she came from her country to Oahu on spring break to party and loved the island and never left, even leaving her boyfriend behind. Great story! She had us laughing and even exchanged personal phone numbers. My wife emailed her a picture of us and she put it on her wall behind her. Lee told us what packages were a rip off and what packages were worth the money. We ended up booking the Stars and Stripes package. She saved us money by telling us other sight seeing spots without needing a guide and that way we won't be rushed with a group either. This lady actually cares about making you happy because she wants you to be a repeat customer not just take your money and never see you again. This business does close early so check their hours. There is some free parking on street but if you cannot find free there is a lot nearby that you can pay by the hour. I really recommend this business and look forward to her visiting us here on the mainland or us visiting her there. Prices are not the cheapest but experience was well worth it and the peace of mind was priceless, unlike buying from vendors on street that WILL rip you off.

For $89/person... we were able to get the following 1) Bus will pick you up from hotel and take you to Waianae Bay 2) Board the Boat and travel approx 15 min to where the spinner dolphins are located. 3) Snorkel at the Bay in 2 locations with a professional diver 4) All inclusive Lunch ( Huge Hawaiian Burger, with drinks and fruits) 5) Great views all around Staff was wonderful and friendly. They also take pictures for purchase as well while you are in the water and also on the boat. Great experience and very affordable. Will last the whole day (7am to 4pm) so bring alot of sunscreen.
