Ray arrived on time for the appointment and then diagnosed the problem in minutes. The repair was a simple fix for him, due to his knowledge with appliances. They could have charged a lot more or replaced a part that really did not need it, but yet they chose to provide the superior 5 STAR service that they only know how ! I have owned 5 rental properties in the Blacksburg area over the years and have finally found the best in the buisness. She then told us as we were paying for said part, that again, it would be returnable, as GE sometimes sends them defective parts... well... it didn't work.. Go figure! My husband brought it back, only to be yelled at by the owner, Ray, and told we couldn't return it after all.. Not only was he extremely rude, he was disrespectful and he would not honor what his daughter had said, twice. I will be contacting the BBB on this terrible business.

G&H had a good selection. They were very friendly, and helpful. Their prices are competitive with Lowes and Home Depot (actually $2 cheaper, by design). Unfortunately we live pretty far out of their delivery zone, so we weren't able to purchase the KitchenAid we viewed. Still, I wanted to recommend anyone in the market to give G&H a shot.

I had not heard of Riccar before but Brian, Taylor, & Keith showed me the video of the factory in Missouri and the machine they themselves made. Since the machines are made in small batches, I had to wait for 2 weeks for my machine. In the meantime, they had a loaner Miele that they let me use.
