Since going to Morrison, I feel like family with their hygienists and doctors. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They take great care of you and don't waste your time. It is extremely efficient. They also talk through all of the options when they find something amiss. And since COVID-19 hit, they have really stepped up their safety procedures to prevent possible transmission: temperature checks, staggered appointment times, and hyper-attentive to cleaning. I called front desk but front desk said it's my own responsibility to verify insurance (seriously?) then they just hang up on me. Then I went to the office the front desk told me the same thing and ask me do I want to pay. Eventually the head of billing corrected it for me. I suggest that if you go ask them to put everything on paper. If they told you insurance will pay on the phone that does not count. They need to put it on paper

The office is in a newer space off of Staples Mill by Amigos. It is very bright, clean, and modern with ample parking. The staff were very welcoming, polite and professional. Rose, my hygienist was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing prior to beginning, was gentle, patient and friendly. I definitely want her to take care of me for my next appointment.
