And rather than just apologizing ("Hey, we're surprisingly busy today") or empathizing in some miniscule way at my frustration, they told me I wasn't important - since I was an individual and not a business or a funeral, I was last in line to receive the flowers for the day. Then, they felt compelled to email again so they made sure they got the last word in the debate. Not professional and not customer-friendly at all. Trying to separate the snarkiness of the after-delivery conversation from the flowers in giving my review. I wouldn't recommend speaking to them - just order online. The Innerbloom owner is a great instructor and a completely lovely person. The shop is full of beautiful flowers, plants, pots, accessories, and top-quality gifts. And as we created our personal arrangements, we enjoyed floral-forward wines. The workshop fee was extremely reasonable and there were wines available for purchase as well as a 25% discount on everything in the shop for workshop participants. Most of the reviews for this business are for the floral arrangements offered here, but this was related to a few home decor pieces I was trying to purchase from her website. Basically, she reached out by phone to let me know that one of the pieces had some discoloration (?) that wasn't presented on the website and that if I wanted to purchase it, it would be reduced in price. She waited patiently for me to decide and get back to her via text. All this time she was patient, forthcoming, honest, sent pictures of the products, and immediately gave a refund for 1 of the 2 pieces I didn't purchase. For the other one, it arrived perfectly and is proudly on display in the living room. I was and still am so devastated over the flowers. Even my bridesmaids flowers were awful. We didn't enter the reception or take pictures with them. He will basically tell you one thing and then deliver something completely different. He talks about quality products and then delivers dying flowers that look horrible and are falling apart. Even supermarkets can provide better flowers than this guy. We spent over 3 grand and got about 100 bucks worth of crap that couldn't be used because of how horrible it looked. Stay away at all costs! He seems nice at first but his real side comes out on the day he delivers his crap product to you. Worst florist I've ever come across and a shady business man as well.
