Three times now it's been his neck hair left long, but this time the hair behind his ears were completely different lengths. One was trimmed and the other was long and clearly not trimmed properly. They lack attention to detail and that's not worth the $65+ price tag. I will not be returning. They got a star for friendliness at least of the front desk staff, but overall haven't had a great experience with them.

Well being a new cat owner and the fact I haven't spent much time in a pet store I got the impression that it really is a "dog's world" it appears about 80% of the entire inventory is devote to what's been described as "man's best friend" and the remaining 20% is for all the rest of the animals. Cait was my dogs groomer and she did a fantastic job!!! She asked me questions about how I wanted his hair cut etc and was very fast. She was gruff and careless, she knew it was our puppy's first time and still chose to say things like (including, but not limited to) "you are horrible," and "i bet you feel stupid" to her. Our dog cried and screamed and the place is open so you could hear every nasty thing this woman was saying. She then proceeded to follow us outside the establishment to yell at us after I said, "that's enough, you're done." The place is also filthy inside, there is trash everywhere. If you were thinking of bringing your dog here, I would turn tail and run the other way.

After telling you that I was calling my husband to come switch places with me so I could get to the hospital where my sister was in a coma, you said, among other things, "your sister is not going anywhere!". I understand that you viewed me as "wasting [your] time". You made sure to scream that at me repeatedly as you snatched my dog from the back before he could even receive service, yelling at me to "get out of [your] business and never come back!". Therefore, I cannot leave a review of service for that day, but in all fairness we have been pleased in the past. However, what you were really seeing that day was pure suffering mixed with my confusion from a misunderstanding. My husband asked me to just drop off our dog on my way to the hospital. We usually drop him off so in my grief-addled mind that was what was happening. The misunderstanding is in no way your fault, but you refused to listen as I tried to explain. In fact, you just continued to yell and scream about my impatience. From my perspective it was cruel and deeply hurtful. However I want to thank you because your complete lack of compassion and empathy allowed my emotions to break open. I sobbed for the first time all week in your parking lot. I continued to sob as, less than an hour later, the neurologist gave me the worst case scenario prognosis that my sister was indeed in a vegetative state and would not recover. So take this review more as advice to someone dealing with humans in your business. You never know what people are dealing with and a little kindness can go a long way. I will also presume that you may have been having a really bad day too and I just happened to step through the door of your business at the wrong time.

We have a love hate relationship with this place. We've been going here for 2 years, boarding our…read moredog at least 3x. The first two times they still had their policy in place that they'd send pictures of our pet everyday when they were let out. We would have to call and beg for these pictures! Even when we did receive the first set of pictures, the next day they "took him out" they sent us the SAME picture from the previous day. When we dropped him off we asked about pictures again but now their policy has changed. They now post pictures on their Facebook for us to see. As soon as I checked their Facebook the most recent picture was 6 days ago!! Their reasoning for changing the policy was because people kept calling them for pictures since they weren't receiving them. We boarded him for 5 full days, one day being a holiday, and we did not see a picture of our pet. Although I don't agree with the harassing calls, pet parents are entrusting you with their loved ones. It's extremely hard to trust them when they don't even follow their own policies and we're left in the dark about our pets well being.
