We have a love hate relationship with this place. We've been going here for 2 years, boarding our…read moredog at least 3x. The first two times they still had their policy in place that they'd send pictures of our pet everyday when they were let out. We would have to call and beg for these pictures! Even when we did receive the first set of pictures, the next day they "took him out" they sent us the SAME picture from the previous day. When we dropped him off we asked about pictures again but now their policy has changed. They now post pictures on their Facebook for us to see. As soon as I checked their Facebook the most recent picture was 6 days ago!! Their reasoning for changing the policy was because people kept calling them for pictures since they weren't receiving them. We boarded him for 5 full days, one day being a holiday, and we did not see a picture of our pet. Although I don't agree with the harassing calls, pet parents are entrusting you with their loved ones. It's extremely hard to trust them when they don't even follow their own policies and we're left in the dark about our pets well being.

Why wouldn't you think before shaving down a dog that obviously doesn't look like she has even been shaved before, and continue to follow a card that says that's the regular cut!? Unbelievable. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Not to mention my poor dog is old and gets very cold even when she had a beautiful tick coat of hair, and now she shakes and has to have blankets on her to stay warm. Oh, and they nicked her cyst and I can image that hurt her. Not to mention, she was probably scared having never been trimmed with electric trimmers like that. My dog is a rescue and has anxiety from her past. It took her days to come back from this. Can't express enough how horrible this place is. Don't waste your time here. Take you loved ones to a place that will treat them right.
