This was shocking. Our dog was still wet and his nails were still long and didn't seem cut at all. We had a full conversation about what services would be done at the appointment today and it just seemed like he got a bath but not dried off fully. He smelled like wet dog and now I have to find somewhere else to do another bath, nail trim, glands and ear cleaning. She did a decent job on my dog so we took our other dog, a mini doodle. Never again. Had a 11:00…read moreappointment and she said 3 hours. 7 hours later she was ready. That is aweful. Nobody took her out to pee and she sat in a crate all day. The grooming was ok, barely. Came home and finished the job myself. Didn't cut her nails either. She overwhelmed herself with appointments . Never again.​
