I spent about $20 here just for myself, and honestly, the atmosphere was really nice. I enjoyed it a lot. The servers were awesome and super friendly, and I had a good time even coming in by myself. That said, I do have one red flag when it comes to ramen spots, and that's the eggs. My ramen came with half a seasoned egg, so I ordered a side of eggs as well. Unfortunately, the side eggs were really cold. While the egg in the ramen eventually warmed up a bit, the side order stayed cold, which made for a weird hot-and-cold experience. Now for the positives -- the curry ramen. It is a bit pricey for what you get, considering it only comes with three strips of pork and half an egg, but the broth honestly made up for it. The broth was amazing -- a spicy curry flavor that was rich and delicious. The noodles were good, and the extra details in the dish were done well too. Our waitress was really nice and helpful and service was quick. We started off with 2 appetizers: gyoza and Ikagesoage. The gyoza was our favorite. Probably the best we have had. I loved the sear on the one side of it. It gave it a crispness. 10/10 The Ikagesoage is going to be a pass for us next time. For $9 you get 4 pieces of baby squid that really didn't taste like anything. 4/10 The main dish was the Spicy Curry Tonkotsu. The flavor of the broth was good. It wasn't super spicy. I ended up adding siracha to it. The shrimp wantons that I added were just ok. Nothing special. Next time I would probably add more of the pork chashu. 8/10 Over all it's a nice place but I felt like we messed up sitting right at the bar area. We left smelling like grease/food. read more

Right when you walk in, the interior is very modern and sleek with cozy and photo-ready lighting. It's a great place to hang out with friends or go on a nice date. The service here is excellent as well, and the staff are very friendly and attentive to your requests. Another unique aspect is that if you order the sake, you can choose your own shot glasses! In regards to the ramen, I usually order the Kiwami Aka, which is a spicy pork broth. It hits the spot on a cold winter day. The broth is rich and flavorful, and there is a well-balanced broth-to-noodle ratio. There is a good amount of toppings included in the ramen. The egg melts in your mouth, and the Pork Char Siu is tender and has a nice smoky flavor. Overall, it's one of the most authentic ramen spots in the Valley and is reasonably priced! Loving this spot! The first time we went, we tried the gyozas and takoyaki as appetizers, the gyozas were tasty, and my husband really enjoyed the takoyaki. I had the miso tonkotsu ramen with a side of their house spicy... wow! It added the perfect flavorful kick, I'm obsessed. My husband got the curry, which was also delicious. We went back again (couldn't stay away!), and this time I tried the cucumber salad to start, so refreshing and full of flavor. My husband stuck with the takoyaki again, he's hooked. I ordered the same ramen from our first visit, and he tried the tan tan tsukemen, which was also super good. Like I said, we're loving this spot for some seriously good ramen! Aesthetically-good, customer service-good, taste-good, portions -BADDDDD The ramen I could understand with the slivers of pork cutlet that my partner says "it's about the broth" and not the meat. I ordered the curry chicken bowl and the meat and even potatoes or veggies were nearly none existent. When I called they said it's pre-portioned but still I was so hungry to only have rice and curry gravy pretty much. Had to make eggs at home just to feel full. I'm a small woman by the way 5'2" 100lbs and the portions just aren't it. In Japan they focus on balance but there was no balance here, please give more meat especially since rice is a lot cheaper and we're paying $10.00 for this, but if it's about price for meat I'd pay $14.00 for it or $15.00. This place just opened up for full service and we just had to try it! The place was packed but my mom and I got seated fairly quickly. The service was great and our waitress was helpful answering our questions about the menu and the owner stopped by our table to chat and was extremely nice! The space was nice and clean and their chairs were comfy too! We even liked the bar seating they had and wouldn't mind sitting in that area next time! Mom isn't a fan of ramen BUT she ordered the chicken teriyaki hibachi and even I was impressed by the amount of food they served as well as the taste. The chicken was nicely grilled and their fried rice (she subbed fried for the steamed) was delicious. We also shared an order of their pork gyoza and they were quite tasty. Now, on to the ramen. I ordered the Tonkatsu spicy curry ramen with extra pork chasu. The broth was nice and creamy and I enjoyed the curry flavor. I would have liked a bit more spice, but it was still tasty. I would have liked thicker, more flavorful pork chasu, but I loved the pieces of pulled pork! I'll definitely be ordering extra of that the next time! This is real ramen. The owners are from Tokyo and the food is legit. The broth cooks for over 20 hours. I had the Kiwami aka, pork broth with straight noodles and pork belly. A spoonful of chili garlic oil made it nice and spicy. Reasonably priced and its a lot of food. read more

4.5 rating for me To know whether or not a ramen is gonna be good is by taking that quick sniff of the ramen bowl, then tasting just the broth. If both syncs well then you're golden. Definitely the best Ramen broth I've had in the valley...hands down. Very rich and deep flavor. Not overly salty but enough. Tried the Signature pork broth in the black garlic and sesame curry. Curry was definitely more rich and a tad bit saltier but nonetheless delicious. The seasoned egg was cooked perfectly with a bit of running yolk. Noodles were great every bite of the way. The only thing I would make an improvement on is balance more of the bean sprouts, bamboo, mushrooms, etc. it's very minimal and will improve the experience even better. Also the BBQ squid...although very tender and taste great...a bit too overwhelming with the unagi or whatever sauce was used. And for 20$ not worth it. First time here, tried one of their 3 Signature dishes and it was great. Everyone in our party raved about their dish. Another good find. Good food, good service. My only complaint is they played the fast-beat rave-type music far too loudly. Could not even talk to the person next to me without yelling. I know restaurants want to get you in and out quickly, but if next time I open the door and the rave music is blasting, I will turn around and leave. read more

Got TWO appetizers, & TWO main entrees, and they didn't have certain drinks and certain items on the menu. And it was barely 1pm. Most annoying thing is a restaurant who is NOT prepared for their clients. Service was not good at all. Kept trying to get the attention of a waiter/waitress.
