Family orders to go at least weekly, and go down to the Restaurant for lunch often as well. We have always experienced fast and polite service at Theo's, with to go and eating in. The employees all are friendly and welcoming with their customers. When eating in because of the many different choices on the menu, sometimes I sometimes change my mind several times, but have never been rushed or treated rudely. It's casual dining without the typical rush to determine which dishes you plan to have for your meal, service with a smile as we like to say in SC! The Dining area is always clean, it may not be the Restaurant for a special Dinner for 2, but is most definitely the place for a family with Children to celebrate a meal and they have never frowned upon us bringing our own Birthday Cake. They tell me they can do a refund, which will take 10 business days, and that to get my correct order I have to place it again at me expense. So they tell me to call Door Dash. Door Dash says it isnt their fault, and to call the store for a replacement order. So the store manager, who alleges his name is Tony, says sorry ma'am nothing we can do. But they have my money! This was a horrible experience of being shuffled around. There should be a much better resolve in place, to correct things like this. None of this is my fault, but Im out of money and dont have what I ordered. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truth be told, Door Dash should send a driver out to get my corrected order!
