Note: we did work with Team K in 2022, so I am really late in writing in this...and the whole world had a lot of turnover in 2022, so this might have changed. The different parts of the business are very different...the damage treatment is a 4 to 5 star operation...the reconstruction is a 2 star, so that's why I'm giving them a 3. They did come out promptly and the owner is very nice. The quality of their work also greatly varies. The job manager said that on a scale of 10, his guys "are 6s and 7s, but the great thing is that always come back and fix up what they might have missed". If you have an emergency leak that needs water damage treated, they are great at that. When it comes to the construction to repair/place (install new floors, trim, etc...there are better and less expensive options around.

Based on his recommendation during the estimate, I paid about $200 to have an electrical outlet relocated before the radon system was installed. The outlet ended up not being needed at all because the fan was installed in a completely different location. Even the technician suggested the original assessment was incorrect. When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they handle it. My experience was that once the contract was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or neighbors.

Before purchasing the property I had called to get a rough estimate of the cost from these folks. They answered all my questions and were super friendly. Upon purchasing he house I called back told them the exact address and they told me that they had reviewed the property months earlier for another perspective buyer. Jim and jimmy showed up and provided me with the comprehensive report of the property that the previous guy had paid for, a super nice and super honest thing to do. Eddie showed up, did the work in the exact time quoted, and left my house cleaner than I gave it to them. They were not the cheapest, but If I had to do it again there is no question who I would use.

We had a very poor and long experience with ATI. The crews they used were not experienced or well…read moretrained. They guys were nice and always polite but the work wasn't great. The crews weren't well supported or supervised by ATI and there were lots of communication gaps. If you have a choice you'll probably want to go with another company. If you're filing a claim on your home owners policy and have to use ATI you'll have to very closely monitor all aspects of the project and document everything. You'll also want to stay in close contact with your insurance company. The ATI people blame a lot of their shortcomings on the insurance company, but in our situation we found that not to be true. Wish I could give a better review but I can't and I can't recommend using ATI.
