Based on his recommendation during the estimate, I paid about $200 to have an electrical outlet relocated before the radon system was installed. The outlet ended up not being needed at all because the fan was installed in a completely different location. Even the technician suggested the original assessment was incorrect. When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they handle it. My experience was that once the contract was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or neighbors.

Aaliyah made a consultation appointment for my home radon mitigation. The owner of the company does all of the work himself and is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, prompt and nicest contractor we've ever worked with! We called 5 companies for a quote and Brett returned our call within an hour and set up a time the next day to come look at our property. He showed up precisely on time the next day to give us a quote, and spent an hour explaining to us exactly what he would do. The quote was competitive, and we decided to use his services. He put us on his calendar for the next week, and again showed up on time. He worked extremely hard and our job was quite difficult since we also had to have our crawl space lined in addition to the installation of the radon system, but Brett did a great job, left our basement cleaner than it was when he arrived, and actually charged us a bit less than he quoted.
