Terrible Person! Set…read moreup to look at a house from her. Loved the house, loved the area, loved everything about it. Did all the paperwork. Had a co-signer. Had to pay background checks on me and my wife, but were told they could not run any of the checks until the co-signer filled out their part of the paperwork. Co-signer was going down to fill their part out two days later. Got a phone call that they decided to choose someone else for the home, which was ok, but when I went to pick up my deposits, I only received my wife's, and the deposit for the home. Was told they ran mine, but yet they couldn't do anything until "ALL" paperwork was filled out. Typical.... Denied before everything was ran, and run with what money they could get from me. Very shady realtor would not recommend unless you like slumlords that nickel and dime you to death, and then tell you your denied before any information was verified.

It's especially difficult when you are unfamiliar with the area and trying to find and purchase a house remotely while out of state. We found the dynamic duo of Jenna Koontz and Rich Feezle, of all places, on YouTube! We were trying to learn more about the area and kept searching YouTube videos, not for houses or realtors, but for general tips about the community. We kept coming across the same two faces, Jenna and Rich! We just knew, "We want them to be our buying agents in Ohio!" We came to visit one weekend and in hindsight, we realize that Rich and Jenna were showing us homes over an immensely large area! All was not for waste, though. In the process, we came to learn various communities and honestly, the pictures of a home online are never what it looks like in real life. That goes in both directions. We had some 5-star "wows" on our list based on online listings only to be severely disappointed in person. Conversely, we had some "ho hum" 3-star homes on our list that in person were stunning, but just not right. After a grueling, long day, we found THE ONE! Our dream home. We immediately went back to the office and wrote an offer. After multiple iterations, it was ours! As expected, Jenna and Rich were AMAZING!! Every step of the way. Their knowledge. Their expertise. Their enthusiasm. Their empathy and support. Empathy and support? Well, yes. As much as I would love to say the deal went smoothly, we ran into multiple situations where either the seller and/or his agent were stonewalling us, even on move-in day! Yet, through it all, Rich and Jenna were always on our side and literally, by our side. The bottom line is that we were right about Jenna Koontz and Rich Feezle all along. We picked the absolute best agents one could ask for along all the trials and tribulations of this purchase. Our first estimate was very educational and after that meeting we decided on propane. Our next estimate was from John B. from Gault Hesting & Cooling. Very informative and educational as well. We chose Gault for several factors. We felt John was not out to make a sale. He is friendly and answered all our questions. Our estimates ranged from $17k to $30k. For the same equipment, propane furnace and insta of a heat pump, our estimate was nearly $4,500 lower. Customer service was great. Anytime I called all questions were answered. Not once was I put on hold so the person could get an answer for me. On installation day, Chad and Connor arrived, introduced themselves and starting working. It was 2 full days to complete installation, as John B stated. Anytime we had questions, both, Connor and Chad would stop working and give us their full attention and explained in detail to satisfy our questions. We highly recommend Gault Heating and Cooling. Very friendly, knowledgeable, educational and a very reasonable pricing. Free estimates. What we were quoted, was what we paid.

She had the nerve to quote our highest package STARTING at $73K. Yes. $73K. The second package was quoted starting at $61K. And the third package for us peasants who can't afford gold counters started at $30K. I could not believe it. I replied to her and told her she should be ashamed of her customer service. If you want to provide service to people who can and want to pay that much for counters then fine, do it. But when people come to you with a budget and explain their circumstances, LISTEN. If you have to tell us you're out of our price range then do it. Don't insult us by quoting us SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. We went to Home Depot and got the same exact package for $9K. LOL. $9K.
