While the job was by far the least costly during the refurbishment, and also the lowest bid I received from garage door installation companies, it was essential for security and functionality. The installation wasn't seamless due to some manufacturer quality-control issues, but Joe was on top of the problem and had the components replaced by the manufacturer. Throughout the process, he diligently oversaw all installations. Even at the end, when I was willing to accept the flawed panel (a high bar, as I can be pretty demanding), Joe wanted it perfect. He went ahead, had the manufacturer replace the panel in question, and had his crew install the new panel, all on his own. To make matters worse, the assistant (I supposed from a different phone number) implied that I'm the kind of customer who doesn't pay my bills, and would expect a bad review from someone like myself. This is all in a first impression and I never had any contact with this particular phone number. They may be competent, technical professions, but they're horrible businessmen with no customer service. They have to be a very SMALL business to behave this way - got to be. It's still odd digesting everything in how he reacted in such a short period of time.
