Let me start by saying that my wife and I were just elated that we found premium Garage door on-yelp. We based our selection on all the positive reviews we read. Premium Garage door was nothing short of wonderful. Sam and his partner/wife were outstanding from the first call my husband made to them to set up an appointment to the completion of the work yesterday. Sam is honest and fair. Besides fixing the wood that holds the mechanism to the garage wall, our garage door panels are dented (my mother tried to back out of the garage without opening the garage door). They are dented and we thought we would need to replace (expensive $$$). Sam was completely honest and said they would be expensive but did not feel we needed to replace - the garage door will now open and close just fine. Now any other vendor could have or would have said "yes you need 4 new panels" but not sam and his wife. They were honest and forthcoming. We was so impressed. The lift master motor for our 20ft gate stopped working on the weekend after 23 years. Premium garage door and gates came on Monday and promptly determined the mother board finally quit. On Wednesday Roy returned with a brand new, smaller and more efficient lift master motor and professionally and beautifully installed it and also took the time to pair the gate to various cars and apps that we had for the garage door. During the Hurricane Irma, we lost power. After Irma passed, we tried to open the garage door on the manual mode and found out one spring was broken, and could not lift the garage door. We thought it might work after we got power back. But it still did not work. Mr. Shimon was the first responder (almost in a minute) to my request and sent Sam on the same day.
