We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower. Ron came by within a day, took a look, and gave us some recommendations on specific products that would help vs having to spend more on his services. Clean Theory ... HOLY COW! Amazing! Ron showed up to my home at 9am on the dot! And he got to scrubbing and cleaning all my tile and OMG! Very very impressive job! I obviously knew my floors needed cleaning but as Ron was doing his thing I couldn't help and peek and the dirt and grime that was coming off the floor was shocking! My home is located south of the airport so I had this theory that the soot from the airplanes were the major culprit in all this mess but now I'm at certain that is a huge factor, AZ dirt is not that black! Clean Theory overall provided a great service. Ron was fast but took the appropriate time to give the floors the attention and elbow grease they needed. The pricing and value are stupendous! I had never had my floors cleaned professionally and now that I had this wonderful experience with Clean Theory I will be planning to have Ron out here for a service at least once a year. Excellent service! Ron was professional, prompt, answered emails and texts in a timely manner, and was VERY thorough! He took his time cleaning a couch that was previously owned by a pet(s) owner. I am not a pet owner so I do believe I might have been having an allergic reaction to the couch..even though I had it covered. He probably saved my life! Ha!
