I took my RAV4 XLE to Klassic Car Wash on 2025-07-03 at 7am and paid tax included $226 to have "complete interior shampoo". My gas tank had 54km left before refilling it at drop off time. I took back my vehicle at about 6pm and had only 10km left of gas in the tank. What happened? My security camera was disconnected. What to think about this? Whomever thought of doing that may not have had the go ahead from the owner of this car wash business, who knows! I feel betrayed, to say the least. My mistake was to have put my trust in this service provider and paid upfront as per the greeter: Harinder, CTN: 261304; STACKNControlP0S6002, whatever this set of data means. Anyway it my 1st time to get my car washed in my entire life and it is going to be the very last one. I would have to get an inspection fully done just to find out if my car safety and security features have or haven't been compromised. It's not right to breach my trust that way by a staff member who appears to not care about the reputation of Klassic Car Wash owner who is trying to make a honest way of living for his love ones. TL;DR: Cheap Prices. Bad Service. Amazing Clean. Here's the honest truth. This place is the cheapest in town. And after being a customer since 2018, coming in about every two months (excluding the pandemic timeframe), today I realized what that really means. I usually get the $40 clean. Occastionally, I've upgraded to the interor shampoo once in a while. You know ... for when I'm feelin' kinda special. Today I went in for an upgraded interior shampoo. A treat for me. Remember ... feelin' kinda special. I usually drop my car off and pick it up in a day or so. I stroll in this morning and am told since I don't have an appointment they couldn't clean the car. This is new to me? I've never had an appointment in the past. And when I asked the manager what was going on, he just kept repeating the same script. Like he had never seen me before. I watched in horror as all the staff who I see regularly just looked down or away rather than saying anything. Heartbreaking. I'm not sure if this makes me a Karen ... wanting to feel like we had something meaninfgul after so long together. But I guess the truth was we were just friends with benefits all this time. So, here's the reality that hit me today. This place is dirt cheap and will get the job done. They will always piss people off and they will always be busy. Individual customer satisfaction really is meaningless to them. You are but a simple Tinder swipe. If you're good with that, definitely hit this place up. My car is filthy from the winter dirt and grime. It's muddy, dusty and my Nissan needs a bath. This place is good enough for a quick clean. Superior wash $50 - exterior wash - interior: mats, console, mirrors, tires, vacuum, etc Step 1 - I have been coming here before I started to drive. This place is owned by brown people, so you will see many of them around everywhere. Before you had to park and drive around but now they have a drive thru pay and a person standing there to assist. Step 2 - The exterior wash is basic but BUT they have all these disco funky lights !! So turn up the tunes and have a 1min dance party !!! Check out the video I posted !! Seeing is believing my friends. At first I was told to pull over and wait for my turn for an interior clean, after 7min a guy came and said he would take my car around but when I looked it was still parked on the side. I waited until I said something. But I didn't have to. Step 3 - interior clean. Today was super busy, perhaps due to the warm weekend up ahead. They had about 6 men working on the vehicle. Spraying, wiping, vacuuming and shining !! The waiting area was lame. No snacks, no random products to look at to kill time. No food or beverages. No wifi or television screen. No magazines or pamphlets. Not even a fish tank to keep your eyes busy. The couches were ancient old black pleather. You would sit and instantly sink in like quick sand. It's good for a quick clean. Just like when you take a quick shower before heading out again. Not a long hot shower. I did like how they found random things in between the seats: change, clip, another charger. As a first time customer, I don't think it's good business practice to berate the customer when trying to get the car into the car wash. No signage to show where to turn. I missed the turn initially, and the customer service rep made a snarky comment about it. Thought nothing of it, and continued on. The gentleman directing people to get into the car wash, has poor communication skills. Once again, berating me and acting like I'm a complete moron. When I finally got the car in line, he proceeded to just stare at me for a few seconds with a "are you dumb" look on his face. Great experience guys. I will not be returning, and I sure as hell will be telling everyone I know in the Mac area about this. Great job guys on how to run a business. read more

I have been taking my new car to this same car wash for last one year but today i had the worst experience! There are multiple scratch marks left by the rotating brushes on the vehical's rear end and right side during the car wash. I pointed out these scratches to the management right away but they were convinced from beginning that all these marks were on my car before the car wash. Then they showed me the brushes and were trying to make a point that brushes wont make scratch on top of the trunk since brushes only go by the side of the vehicle. But when i pointed out the height of these brushes they told me to call my insurance company or lawayer. I told them no one come to a car wash with brush swiveling scratch marks and try to blame the car wash place. They claim that they never had any scratch on vehicle from their automatic car wash. They even showed me video footage of my car entering the car wash and it appeared to be some white, unclear, dusty mark on the back. But again dusty marks appeared all over my car from those bad quality video footage. They refused to show me videos from different angels reason being they are too busy today. I do not recommend this car wash place at all!!! You are not only risking your vehicle's body but also garunteed to have a bad customer service. read more

I bought their monthly pass which allows one wash per day. After using it daily which is allowed as part of the package they claimed I was driving a commercial vehicle and revoked the membership. I work on a job site and my car gets covered in dust and that was enough for them to claim I'm using the car for commercial purposes. This place is a scam and they don't honor their 1 wash per day pass. Horrible customer service and horrible experience. I'll never use this place again and will be going to a competitor that actually honors their monthly membership allowance. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

2 stars..why you ask? Well when i first obtained a membership it was at a rate of 19.99 per month, and the job the system did at cleaning the car was fine...id stop and shammy off the little wet left after drying. Never any suds. Decent vacuums. Well this summer of 2022 they "upgraded" by shutting down for a few weeks. Since then, with these supposed upgrades, the car comes out wetter, full of suds. Did you mean for the system to be actually worse after the upgrades? The final straw for me to quit the membership? When my credit card apparently was coming up to expiry no one let me know the card on file needs to be updated. I hadnt even gotten my card yet and the credit card didnt even expire until November 2022....this is October. I roll up like usual to get a wash and it tells me my membership is expired. I had no intention of quitting. I had no idea that my November expiry would expire me in October...and of course as i re load my card i am now paying 24.99 per month. Nice. Is this your way to get out of the "grandfathered" pricing you had with long time loyal customers? When they said they cant override the price i knew it was their scam to upgrade prices on everyone eventually. See ya. Going to Jane and Wilson where its still 19.99 and better vacuums and a better wash. The other day I decided to upgrade to the $10.00 wash, which included underbody wash and additional products added to the line up. They also offer interior cleaning from $30.00+up There's also the option of unlimited monthly pass for $30.00 which I am curious to check out and see which services are included? My first time going here. My seats needed to be cleaned. $60 wasn't bad for all the seats, the service was great. I was told it was going to be 1 hour for them to clean the seats. If I wanted them dried it would be 3 hours. I agreed for 3 because I didn't want wet seats. My biggest issue was once I got the car back and drove off. I realized my gas tank was emptied. I had about 3/4 of gas left. This either meant that they drove my car around that much or had the engine running for 2 hours drying the seats. This is really unexceptable. I went to the carwash. I wanted to have my winter mats cleaned so that they'd be clean in storage, and then bring in the summer mats. So I asked for a more expensive wash than the usual $8 wash - just the outside through the automatic carwash. There was a 35, 45 and 55 dollar option. I asked for the 35, but the guy said the 45 is much better, so I agreed - never had that done before there. Afterwards, after the auto wash, a bunch of young men cleaned the car for maybe 5-10 minutes, so I figured... good! It looked good on the outside. When I went to get in, I noticed they had NOT cleaned off the caked on salt deposits around where the floor mats were. I knew this is a time consuming job where you just scrub with a soapy cloth and it slowly comes off. I asked why they'd missed it - it was a big reason for getting the more expensive carwash. I was told that the 45 dollars did NOT include the salt!!! I couldn't believe it. So I asked how much extra to get rid of it - $20! I said, no thank you and drove away. About half a mile away, I noticed that my long range prescription glasses appeared to be missing. I know they were there, as I had them there last night and moved them around after I got McDonalds for a treat. They are normally in my center console where the coffee cup holder is. Not there. I looked everywhere, turned around and went back to confront them. They claimed they'd never seen them, they looked through the glove compartment, etc. which I'd already done. They stuck with the "you never had them" story. I gave them a few choice swear words and stormed off after telling them I'd never come back. At first I figured they'd stolen my glasses, but why - they're no good for most people? Then I figured what probably happened: the person cleaning the center console grabbed the tissue paper where the glasses usually are, thinking it was garbage, grabbed it hard and broke them (likely) or just threw it all away (less likely). If they'd had any integrity they would have admitted it and maybe given me the carwash on the house... but no. read more

I hadn't washed my car in four months And I haven't cleaned the interior of the car in Eight months. Went for a car wash and a interior cleaning, It was worth the money to have this done. But you have to be patient because they are very busy and if there's a few cars in front of you you're there for a while. FYI it takes about 25 minutes a car.
