So I'm happy I've found Christian brothers. They have been very transparent, have great service and fair pricing. The staff is constantly pleasant and responsive. We've taken several cars there and each time have received good service. Today was an oil change. I appreciate the free inspection to know what needs to be considered for future work. They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. In this day - any thank you note is an above and beyond gesture, but to have it hand written was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

I brought in my 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman JCW-S for repairs related to the main bearing seal and cover, but the issue was not resolved despite being charged multiple times for the same repair and related work. In total, my vehicle was at the shop for nearly six weeks, and the oil leaks continued during that time. I had to keep adding oil, complete multiple oil changes, and replace belts and other parts that became saturated with oil. I also had difficulty obtaining a refund. Over time, I was given several explanations for the delay, including that the owner was out of town, the check had already been prepared, the business had changed banks and software systems, and later that the check had been lost. The shop offered services equal to part of the refund amount, but the work performed had to be redone less than two weeks later after the installed parts failed. I also had an issue after the shop replaced the xenon headlights on my Durango and did not reinstall the rubber protective covers, which allowed rain to enter and damage the bulbs. Overall, my experience raised serious concerns about the quality, reliability, and follow-through of the service provided. I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this shop for vehicle repairs.

You don't just stop by and get a free opinion, I guess, etc. I was quoted $149. to look at the vehicle, this was to go through the vehicle to find/evaluate other problems that I did not request what so ever, I found this out afterwards. This charge was not applied to the repair I requested. Mo and the old way of doing business is very much missed. The mo's mechanics were very helpful and never once in my visits did they try to sell me on more than I requested, they actually saved me so much money vs the dealership. Mo and gang, I miss ya guys, thanks for the many years of excellent service. No mgr and clerk, just a well trained staff back then.

So, I drove to JS Car Repairs, and they quickly informed me that the main issue was that the chassis screws hadn't been properly secured during the previous repairs. Because of this, I ended up buying a new car. I used to look down on the old car, but when I drove it yesterday, I found it to be a pleasure to drive. Additionally, the owner tightened my brakes, making the old car feel rejuvenated. The maintenance cost is also less than half of what the Mercedes-Benz dealer charges. From now on, I'll only go there for oil and filter changes.
