The staff could not be more friendly and helpful; I feel like I'm in good hands and being treated fairly, which is often not the case being a woman at an auto repair shop. They were able to quickly identify and fix a recurring issue I've had that I've talked to several other repair shops about, including the dealership where I bought the car - who all said it could be so many things and that just the diagnostics could be several hundred dollars. Over the last 3 years, I have had several issues with the tires on my car. They constantly blow out (thanks Cincinnati potholes and low profile rims). The first occurrence was 2 years ago and Duebber's has been taking care of me ever since. The location is very convenient on the West Side and the service is outstanding. They know me by name, as well as everyone else who walks through their door. Their service is prompt and quality and they keep me updated along the way with phone calls. My most recent experience was at 10pm the night before I was leaving for vacation for a week, my tire became flat. I dropped the car off at Duebber's (left it in the parking lot) and dropped the key in the key drop. I received a call from them on Monday (without even letting them know what happened) and they said "we see your tire is flat, how can we take care of you?" I explained that I was on vacation and that I could not pick up my car until the following week and they had no problem with that. They were able to take care of my tires and aligned my car as well and it was ready for me when I got home. Having that peace of mind while I was on vacation was great. I never once had to worry about my car while I was on the beach relaxing. I will remain loyal to Duebber's and recommend them to anyone for quality care service- on the West side and around the rest of Cincinnati. read more

Wow! I can't say enough good things about this place. I know nothing about cars so I am typically a little apprehensive of going to a new mechanic but I got a recommendation for Duebber's and am so glad I did. I called on a Thursday and they couldn't get me in until Monday, which was perfect. I stopped on Friday to have someone ride with me to diagnose the issue. Andy was great! It only took a few minutes and he was super friendly with my kids, who were in the car. Late Monday morning I received a text that had a 32 point inspection with a full run down of some issues that needed to be fixed now and some to keep an eye on followed by a call 15 minutes later to see if I wanted to follow through with their recommendations as well as the cost. We were good to go and my car was ready for pickup by 2pm. They even have were you can pick you car up after business hours until 11pm. A few days later I received a follow up text making sure everything was still good. We will definitely be going back and recommend to anyone! read more

Duebber's Automotive is great! We gave our niece our old car. After driving it for a year she took it to a mechanic near her for a new battery. He proceeded to tell her that there was over $1,000 worth of repairs needed. We told her to stop and bring it to Duebber's.
