Honestly, when the work was done the pool looked great but they were not punctual or they didn't even show up some weeks. Now the cons. Communication was terrible. Multiple weeks where guys got sick and could not make it to my house to provide the cleaning service. Now I completely understand being sick but a call or text is common curiosity. I always had to be the one to reach out days or even weeks later to find out why my pool was not cleaned. Once we finally cut time ties they also neglected to return my key so I got to buy new locks and keys for new pool guy.

I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. My wife and I recently moved into a new house and became first-time pool owners. The first week was…read moregreat, with no issues. Then I noticed the skimmer basket shot up in the air when the pump turned off. Told my old pool guy about the issue and he kinda ignored the issue. When it happened again, I told him about it and again kinda ignored me, but acted more concerned because he started moving the valves around. The problem didn't stop, so I called another guy out. The second guy charged me $50 just to come out and diagnose the issue, which truthfully he didn't. He said I had an air leak somewhere in the line and gave me a few numbers to call. Frustrated and tired (tired because I was opening up the pump cover and adding water on a nightly basis to prevent the pump from running dry and burning up the motor), I mentioned the issue to someone doing work at my house. This person suggested Troy and I reached out and managed to get Troy out that weekend. Troy suggested replacing the seals on the intake valve, adding a few couplers (my pump was also leaking at the top) and adding a check valve to stop the water from rushing backwards. Troy was very knowledgeable and a great help. His wife Erika (answers the phones and schedules visits) was great too, communicated well and got me quotes very fast. I would suggest for anyone having issues with their pool to reach out to Troy and Erika. You will not regret the choice.

I had to replace the fountain pool filter & controller with the mainboard. He came right the next day morning and explained what was causing the issue. He was prompt to get the parts to finish the work. Luckily, he was able to get all the parts within 2-days. So, I was able to replace the parts on the 3rd day after the first price quote meeting. No dragging time. He sent all the photos of work that's been done. He is knowledgeable, clear, and professional.
