Unhelpful for Real Estate Closings - Avoid…read more As a local real estate agent, I regularly reach out to fuel suppliers to get basic cash-price quotes so my clients can be properly reimbursed for remaining fuel at closing. Virtually every other company in our area that I've been involved with provides this daily rate without issue. Unfortunately, this company (formerly Rymes) made a routine request needlessly difficult. They refused to share their current cash price per gallon for propane unless I was setting up an account--even though no private customer or account-specific information was requested. After days of runaround over basic pricing, it's clear customer service isn't a priority here. Save yourself the headache and take your fuel business to one of the many other companies in the area that are actually customer-centric and easy to work with.

Last big snowstorm we had they were down one truck, but instead of just delivering what they could and going home for dinner, they stayed out all night. They come and clean the boilers (we have two - this is a duplex) every year. Just a note: I have read somewhere that you should have it cleaned soon after you stop using it in the late spring. If you wait until you need it in the fall, they will be very busy with everyone preparing for winter. Just call and get an appointment in the spring.
