The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. After a full walkthrough of the house, he quotes me three packages of different prices. Standard Duct cleaning for $3100, duct cleaning and sanitize for $3340, and duct, sanitize and dryer vent for $3450. My house isn't mansion, it's a standard 3000 sqft home in a modest neighborhood. He also said we have to be out of the house for 6-8 hours while they do the cleaning. I have had my ducts cleaned before in my previous home and that only costed me 250. Even Stanley steemer, quoted me between 500-700 and would finish the job around 2 hours. Don't trust this so called, "family owned business." If I could post a picture of my estimate of what this Douchebag wrote up for me I would. Hopefully nobody falls for this dumpster fire of a company. Dishonest and a huge scam. FYI, the national average for duct cleaning is only 350-1000. How am I quoted at three times the price for one cleaning!

The condescending and rude tone given when discussing the need of my area rug was truly so offending that I had to stop him, and then decided I would call another company because of the way I was being address. I literally was stunned and shocked as I was to be a new potential client to be treated this way. I would not recommend this business to anyone that I know.
