Never cleaned the outside of the dishwasher or wiped the top of our island. didn't sweep or mop under the island. How do I know? There is a twist tie still under there. Didn't vacuum most rooms. There were still peices of stuff on the floor I picked up by hand after they left. Behind the bathroom sink faucet was still dirty. Not to mention mirror dirty still. I could have done all this myself but as a working mom, I thought maybe I could try having some help. I convinced my husband to let me hire her. Her assistant distracted me while she "finished up" and then she sold her pitch to me and I gave her a check and they were gone faster than I've ever seen anyone pull away. Meanwhile I gave them a tip for what I thought was good service. I learned to always check before paying. She even told me that she takes me around after to show what they did and if I needed more attention to something they would do it. like I said, she couldn't leave fast enough. This is a move out clean and I expected so much more than what I got. I overpaid and was taken advantage of. $475 for what I received is a rip off and I will be sure to discourage people from using this "business" as well. If I could give zero stars I would.

He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. Don't waste your money here! Go with a more reputable company.
