Our experience with Wonder Windows was end-to-end perfection. I called to schedule, the owner called me back the same day. On the day of the window cleaning the owner texted that he was on his way. Upon arrival Jeremy got right down to business, starting with the outside of the house while I moved objects on the inside so he could get to the windows easily. We have about 35 windows, plus two sliding glass doors in our two story house. The job was finished in about 3 1/2 hours, the timeframe mentioned upfront. The windows, screens and window tracks are spotless. He even cleaned the little windows on the garage doors. Spotless clean-up; after the work was done there was no evidence he was even here! I wanted all eleven of my windows washed, inside and out. My neighbor had raved about Jeremy so I hired him. Wow, he is the best! My job was fairly difficult, with a slope adjacent to some windows and an ancient delicate screen that pops out and another high up. My windows were really dirty with webs and bugs. Jeremy made them perfect; cleaner than they have ever been from any other window washer, and gave careful attention to all screens and runners. He cleaned everything around them like an outdoor window shelf with plant debris. He even volunteered to help me with an unrelated chore that I needed help with. He arrived on time, and he is very nice, and he wore footies to protect my indoor carpet. He is the only one I will use now. Use this guy. He's apparently a one man show, so you get him and not some random crew (not that that is inherently bad). Purchased a groupon for window cleaning for this company. Followed the redemption instructions. Never received a call back from the company to book the service. Contacted groupon about the lack of response, groupon contacted them and told us they would get in touch with us in the next couple days. Still haven't received a call back from wonder window cleaning. We even went to the company website to find a better phone number to book service and it was the same phone number listed on the groupon. Definitely nothing wonderful about Wonder Window Company.
