Lady looked at me like I was crazy. very rude…read more guess I didn't look like I had money so why bother. little does she know. albrittons has serviced my family since the 70s. they have always bent over backwards to help with various tag or rolex issues whenever we brought them in. usually they send it off to get it fixed and call when its ready. apparently not anymore based on this woman who obviously wanted me gone. congrats, you just lost an entire family of loyal customers who shop local but now will go to Lee Michaels instead. typical Jackson, can't get out of its own way.

My husband upgraded my wedding band and engagement ring 6 years ago for me and this was the store we used then. Here, 6 years later, they are still just as wonderful. I have been in several times over the past few days because I have been considering upgrading once again. I can't sing enough high praises for the young man, Thomas, who has been helping me and also for a couple of other female employees in the store (I wish I could recall their names) who have given great advice. I will be back home in FL at the end of next week and because of this they knew they were not going to get a sale from me. Even still, they treated me like a very valued customer.
