My husband upgraded my wedding band and engagement ring 6 years ago for me and this was the store we used then. Here, 6 years later, they are still just as wonderful. I have been in several times over the past few days because I have been considering upgrading once again. I can't sing enough high praises for the young man, Thomas, who has been helping me and also for a couple of other female employees in the store (I wish I could recall their names) who have given great advice. I will be back home in FL at the end of next week and because of this they knew they were not going to get a sale from me. Even still, they treated me like a very valued customer. I do wish I could give them my business, but it will take a couple of weeks for the rings to come in and I'll be back in FL by then. But thanks to their help and advice, I now know exactly what I want to do when I get back home and I know how much it is going to cost me. Too bad every Kay Jeweler isn't as wonderful as this one.
