I did not wear it right off but when I wore it the bracelet just fell off of my arm while I was at home thankfully with the link that broke. I took it back to the Woodrow Wilson location and was told to take it to the main location on I-55 frontage road Jackson. They agreed to fix it for free since it hasn't been over 30 days so I left it and picked it up in two weeks. I wore it a week later and it broke again I took it back the guy was telling me it was rough up and wasn't nothing they could do because at this point I don't even want it because I can't enjoy it without thinking I will loose it in public. I can sell it back but want even get half of my money back and I'm very upset because I really wanted me some gold jewelry. My experience with this location. I had several watches that needed battery swaps. The store was…read morebusy, so I patiently waited. When it was my turn to be assisted, I explained what I needed. The employee told me to stand to the side while they helped two additional people. SMH. I went to another employee that was not occupied with customers and began receiving assistance. Then the employee that would not help me left her customers and came over to tell the employee that began helping me to only take 4 or 5 of my watches. I left 4 watches. I would not have left any and I shouldn't have, but I was recommended this location from a good friend, so I did. I was told upfront that it would be a wait because of the holidays. I got a call a week later to pickup the watches and the batteries were swapped successfully. I took my remaining 10 watches upstairs to another jeweler for battery swaps and he finished them all for me, no questions asked, in less than 10 minutes, half the cost . Moral of this story, go with your gut. When you are treated in a weird and unconventional manner, just move on without incident to the next business that can serve your needs.

Review / Caution About Leasing at Best Buy using Progressive Leasing…read more I bought a pair of JVC clip-on headphones from Best Buy using a lease-to-own option through a third-party leasing company. The headphones were very uncomfortable, hurt my ears, and felt heavy. I had them for less than 24 hours. I returned them the next day and attempted to exchange them for a more comfortable JVC earbud version that was the same price ($32). Even though the item was returned within the return window, I was told I could not do a simple exchange because the purchase was made through a leasing company. I was then told I would need to pay $85 to exchange or resolve the lease--despite the original headphones being returned and the replacement costing the same. This cost was not clearly explained at the time of purchase and appears to be related to lease fees, not the product itself. This experience was extremely frustrating and confusing. If you're buying low-cost items, do not use this leasing company. Returns and exchanges are far more complicated, and you may still be charged even if you return the item quickly. None of this was clearly explained upfront. Best Buy needs to do a better job informing customers that leasing significantly changes return and exchange rights. Buyers deserve full transparency before agreeing to a lease.
