About 23 years ago we moved to Avondale Arizona to be close to my husbands job until he retired. Making the decision to move was unsettling until we contacted Todd Klein. He took that "unsettled feeling" and made us feel confident that our move and selling our house would go smoothly. We agreed to a high price, one we never thought possible, and it sold for full price in about one week. We were elated. He found us a beautiful home down in Avondale and negotiated a very fair price for it. The whole transaction went just like he promised. 18 years later we decided to move back to the wonderful town of Prescott. We put our house up for sale with Todd because he did such a great job with no problems in the past. Again we set a high fair price and within 30 days our house was sold for "full price." He sold our house, found us a great home and everything was taken care of within 90 days. We couldn't be happier with our new home. We say "it's an inch away from Heaven" and we couldn't be happier with Todd Klein and his entire staff! We had such bad experiences in the past using other realty companies with all their "empty promises". They never wound up selling our homes and kept their sign up for their own advertising benefits.
