One hiccup was that the person who did the estimate said he'd be doing the work, but misjudged how to implement the new install and wasn't there on install day. Two different people showed up on install day and noticed right away it couldn't be done the way the first person thought (also didn't seem like it was communicated to them what we needed done in general, so I needed to explain). They were very quick to troubleshoot and come up with a solution though. They did everything, including putting the fans together out of the boxes, and got the job done quickly and at a fair rate. Very friendly and treated everything with a sense of urgency. The new fans have been working great and will definitely keep Biechler in mind for any future projects. Highly recommended! I think if they work on the logistics/communication between the estimator and people doing the work, it will make their job go even smoother. Fortunately, they have some great problem solvers on their team.

Tried to talk crap about me to my wife as if she was going to jump on board. Said he hopes my one year old son does not turn out to be like me, wow, how dumb can you be to your customers. I think he was trying to look funny or something to his "buddies" that were just hanging out. Did not impress anyone. He definitely seems to have a lot of insecurity or a very fragile ego as he was apparently threatened by my knowledge of a couple ceiling fan specs. Probably just wanted to prey on unsuspecting people. I think there's a reason both times we went there were no other customers in the store. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences and for absolutely no reason as we were kind and looming to buy multiple ceiling fans and light fixtures for throughout the home worth thousands. I think maybe the owner has electrocuted himself so many times that he's fried A few too many wires if you know what I mean. Anyways, probably don't go here as it's a complete waste of your time, the owner is an embarrassment to himself and doesn't realize it.

The guy that took the call went and checked and had one. He set it aside for me for pick up the next day. Went in, a different guy was working. Guy 1 had the part labels for me so all guy 2 had to do was charge my card. Everyone was polite and I got what I needed with zero upsale or anything like that. The only reason I saw those other reviews is because I wanted to see if they were open today (Sunday) to go get a different grate. So I guess as for my repeat business.....that should answer that.
