We had several older chandeliers "fixed" unsatisfactorily by the person who does the work. When we had to bring one back she yelled at my husband and refused to take the chandelier for repair. She is verbose, unreliable, unresponsive and yet says that she is the only business who can perform this type of work. Save yourself aggravation and money and take your business elsewhere!

Located in Jenkintown on the busy Old York Road, the parking area is only in the back of the stores for the surrounding businesses. Upon trying to enter, you have to ring the bell. The lady said it's so her dog won't run out the store, but I'm pretty sure it's more then that. The lady was waiting on a customer and talking sooooo much that I had to interrupt just to ask if she carried under cabinet lighting. She said yes, so I waited and looked around the store. I noticed that there were no price tags on anything (which is strange). After being there for what seemed an eternity and (clearly overpricing the poor women customer) I had made up my mind that I won't buy anything from this place. Anyway, when she finally looked at the kind of bulb I needed, she didn't have them in stock, but could order them. Saying " Oh, those bulbs are expensive "! I quickly told her they were not and they only cost less than $2 a bulb. I left this store mad and exhausted! She wasted my time and tried to take advantage of me. I saw a few things that I liked enough to buy, but they would never get my business. She can charge whatever she likes with no price tags! I really feel she thinks she is giving great customer service, but she talks way too much! So sorry I didn't get her name, but that's ok because she'll never see me again! P.S. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. He really could have ran the price up but chose to be genuine and when you have someone like that (much like a good barber or mechanic) you don't go elsewhere and you go out of your way to tell people about them. I said fine I had already purchased a replacement ceiling fan and I paid him $300 for the additional item that he said was electrician they the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and proceeded to try to install the ceiling fan. I don't know specifically what he did, but I want him remove the ceiling fan brand new out of the box on and meant the ceiling fan as he was installing it and the ceiling fan didn't work. I was watching him the entire process, but he around and says oh the ceiling fan must be defective. It must've been bent The ceiling fan wasn't banned. I watched him take the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and subsequently bent it when he was trying to install it then he says well you have the packing ceiling fan came in. You can return it to the store and get a replacement. The problem is that I now have a broken ceiling fan installed in my ceiling so how am I supposed to remove the broken ceiling fan? I'm not electrician. I subsequently called American home shield and JCJ did not respond. I would anyone to use this company incompetent if not corrupt and the only reason why I even utilize them was because they were the assigned contractor with American home shield
