This company is flexible and was able to build me exactly what I asked for! I have a single-story home and decided to go with a roof-mount. Boy am I glad I did! There is plenty of room for fans with lights, the height is amazing for us! KM install the fans (I purchased) and ran the electrical for a few other outlets with no problem. Andrew was my main installer (with two other guys) and was also great with answering my questions and running the electrical!! No doubt, two thumbs up for these guys! Adam and his installation team did such on great job on our two patio covers! Material delivery was held up a bit from the pandemic but Adam gave us several updates along the way. We found KM Patio Covers on Yelp almost a year ago, and I'm finally writing a review. We purchased a home with a shoddy lattice patio that was gonna keel over any day. We had a few bids already when Adam came out, but he was very personable and seemed to really know his stuff so we went with him. His dad and brother, along with the crew, came out to do demo, install, and haul-away on a Thursday. They were here for about 7 hours and the patio looks great. This is my second business transaction with these guys. A few years ago, they built me a terrific patio cover with lights and a fan. A few weeks ago, Kent's installation crew erected a fantastic carport with insulated panels to protect the side of the house from brutal western sun. They included six recessed lights that offer a soft warm glow while being bright. The installation was done in a day! It was cool watching the crew work as a well oiled machine.
