Working with Adam to get the plan set up was an easy process that included all of the accessories we were looking for, including adding 4 outdoor speakers. Come install day, Patrick and his crew came and knocked it out of the park. My patio cover was installed back in 2021 through another company. Fast forward to 2023, when it rained the patio cover would flood at the top and water would drip out of the light fixture and ceiling fans. The original installer did not install correctly to let the water travel down the drains. I also had a faulty cap that eventually flew off exposing electrical during a windy/rainy day. I was very upset with zero response from the original company who installed it. Kent and his crew did a fantastic job on our patio cover. We had some difficult request with certain angles and the roof mounts for the patio. We requested a 22.5 degree angle to match our pool outline. Mind you, this is prefabbed aluminum. we also asked for a roof mount through our cement roofing tile.
