Luckily, I made it just before their lunch break. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, personable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. She took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond when I was having trouble scanning and converting documents into a PDF. Instead of rushing me along, she patiently showed me exactly what to do and made sure I understood the process. The gentleman who took my fingerprints was also friendly and efficient, and together they made what could have been a stressful task incredibly easy. If you ever need a Live Scan, this is the place to go. The staff is knowledgeable, the service is fast, and the customer care is exceptional.
