He and his co-worker arrived within the hour to securely board up the door and undertook the challenging repair of replacing the glass and reattaching the mullions (both the inside and outside dividers) of the french door. I am truly impressed with the service that I received from Malik! I contacted him to replace the glass for the majority of the windows in my house because they were all really fogged. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate, came out to measure my windows within a few days, and then turned around a quote within 24 hours (and his quote was far less than any of the other companies I contacted)! Within a few weeks, he had the glass ordered and was at my house installing them. Between him and his crew, they were able to replace all of glass in 1 day. We had a miscommunication for one the windows where he measured/cut glass for he wrong bathroom. Even though I could just as well be blamed for this, Malik gave me the glass that he cut for the incorrect window, then measured the correct window and was back out again within a few weeks to replace that one...all at no charge to me! Finally, I respectfully disagree with the reviewer who advised not to contact Malik if you're a female. He presented me with multiple glass options, and discussed the pros/cons of each. He then linked me to a few sites so that I could research the glass options myself, and make an informed decision. We had several windows in our home with cracked panes and decided to get them fixed. We searched reviews on Yelp and gave KMS Glass a call. Malik answered and came by to give us an estimate within an hour. We agreed on the price and he gave us a time window for the following day. Malik arrived right on schedule and began work immediately. A few hours later he was joined by a colleague and they worked all day, completing the work as scheduled. The work (some of it quite challenging -- involving the use of high ladders) was exceptionally well done. Everything was done to perfection and the cleanup was excellent.
