Don't bother with this guy. Came out to give us a quote on 2/2, said will have a quote to us by end of the week 2/6. Texted him on 2/10, no rely. Called him on 2/13, said he will get us the quote that day. Heard nothing from him and tried calling again on 2/20, that's THREE WEEKS after he came out, can't get a hold of him. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Posting our text and call log here for the world to see. Yes you finally responded after I called AGAIN on 2/20, that's after I already posted this review. You told us you will give us a quote in 3 days, took almost 3 weeks. Never once during those 3 weeks did you reach out to let us know what was going on. Look at the logs and texts, just bunch of outgoing calls from me and me texting you for update. There is no reason for me to lie to ruin your business, I said nothing negative about your quote or your work (can't attest to that). If I didn't like your quote, I could just say that, that's what reviews are for. My issue is that you're just not a very responsive business owner in my experience. I'm even more annoyed now that you accused me of lying instead of owing up to your mistakes. read more

Wish I could give him 6 stars. I broke the glass shelf of my refrigerator trying to clean it (dumb move on my part). I called up Zeek, he was nearby and came to my house within an hour. He took the plastic frame of the shelf and told me he'd be back in a week with it fixed. He was back 3 days later with a custom cut shelf, exactly matching the original tempered glass, inserted into the plastic frame so I could install it in my fridge with zero effort.
