The pedicure was perfect, loved it. But when we sat down to do my nails, it went all downhill. I recently had grown out my nails really long, so I just wanted a hard gel overlay to keep it healthy, I said I just wanna hard gel overlay that's it. She asks if I wanna cut my nails down to match the length of my shortest nail, I say no it's okay, call me weird but I'll be fine with them uneven as long as they're long. But you could take the tiniest bit off, and she does. Then she says your nails are a little flimsy like I feel like they look a lot better with gelX and I told her I wasn't sure about it but she reassured me it would be healthy for my nail, I asked her if it was gonna be a similar price and she says yes, which on their website a simple hard gel overlay is around 40 bucks. by the way they're not they're not the same price, they ended up being $30 more. Almost 80% increase. But I say okay reluctantly because I want my nails that I've spent so long growing to have a good shape to them, as soon I say yes she immediately cut my nails all the way down, and I was upset because I reiterated multiple times I wanna keep my length. chopped my nails down to the brim all of my nails I was upset but honestly didn't say anything cause at that point the damage was already done. So I just suck it up and let her do what she wanted to do, which was just her putting a full bed tip on and gel on top. For the rest of the service she doesn't really talk to me, and the only times she did talk to me was to ask if I've ever gotten my nails done before, which would of been a nice question if I didn't already answer it 2 times. The rest of the time she was locked in on the World Cup on the tv, which I can't blame her, it's the World Cup , but she would stop everything she was doing just to see if someone scored, genuinely 90% of when she was supposed to be doing my nails she would be looking at the tv if she multitasked I wouldn't have minded at all. , she would cut my cuticles dry and they would start bleeding and became sore. At the end I ask for an itemized bill, not implying ANYTHING, I just wanna see how much each service costed, she started getting rude and then said she would show me the itemized bill only after I payed. I payed and she started to catch an attitude but I was so sick of everything I just left.
