There are immediate limited options for prenatal massages pre-selected for you. I was able to book my desired day and time immediately within two days, which was amazing, a lot of availability. I was able to use my gift card and discount code easily through the app at checkout and then pay the remaining balance off with my credit card prior to booking (note add on change for prenatal and deep tissue). I did call them prior and asked about specifics for prenatal massages such as safety in the third trimester and about back laying during massages. They assured me that this was safe and that massages were done lying on your side. Parking was easy and free. I parked right in front of the business. I was greeted, asked if I wanted water and if I needed to use the restroom.Tthe entrance/waiting area is not large, but it is welcoming and stylish. I was greeted by my masseuse, she asked me a few questions about how I was feeling and walked me through how the massage was going to go before we started as she walked me to the room. She was excellent, although you cannot book prenatal massages with deep tissue, her touch was still soothing, but firm. I enjoyed the products used. They do not use oil they use either a gel or a lotion for the massage that doesn't leave you feeling sticky, and I also appreciate it that it was not scented. I usually like aromatherapy and scented lotions but I can see that some pregnant women may have aversions to certain scents, so this was a smart move. Vanessa, for the most part was silent until we had to switch positions and she asked twice during the massage if everything was fine I appreciated the silence and made it more relaxing. The hallway to the rooms are separated by curtains, very nicely, decorated, and relaxing. There are sound machines in every room that play the noise of what seems like being in the ocean during a storm. I'm not gonna lie. It was a little bit unsettling at first, especially for someone who is terrified of being an open water, but it did drown out any noise you might be able to hear from the other rooms and after a while, it became a soothing and relaxing sound. The only thing that gave me paused during my experience was paying at the end. I thought I had settled everything when I booked online, but when I went to check out, they attempted to charge me, and I had to explain that I had paid everything online with a gift card code and a coupon code and that because they removed the deep tissue service there should be money left over so I should not owe anything. It took some time for them to figure out, but in the end, everything was fine. They were able to apply the coupon and discount in person again, but I am not sure why the system makes you pay online if you have to go through the whole process again at the salon. Note you do not pay tip when booking online you pay at the end of your service and you. Annoy use gift cards to pay for tip. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. After dealing with intermittent back pain for a long while, I finally decided to seek treatment and so this was my first experience at any chiropractor. I was diagnosed with scoliosis and began treatments with Dr. Thoman. Of course during the initial treatments I began feeling in more pain than I had when I first walked in, but I thought this was normal at first and I would get used to the adjustments. Unfortunately, my pain continuously got worse over months and even though I made this clear, there was never a change in treatment methods. When I reported my pain levels, I noticed the doctor continuously recording lesser numbers of pain levels in my file than I was actually reporting. The doctor also seemed disappointed when I reported I was continuously pain, like he was taking it personally rather than noticing his method of treatment was not working for me. I would have appreciated if he tried something new but that never happened. Again, the office staff and massages are GREAT - I actually didn't want to stop going here for those reasons but my pain just kept getting worse. Ever since I switched to a new chiropractor who happened to have much better quality equipment and tried some different adjustment methods, my pain levels have already majorly decreased.

We each had an attendant massage our arms and legs and feet, while we sat in very comfortable recliners. The attendants also used hot stones, which felt very nice. For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. I think it was great value for money too.
