I stopped in on Saturday Morning for a pastry. I have yet to visit their new location, but I am so glad I did. It is so cute!! The pastries were fresh and crispy. I got a Danish and crossiant. The lady behind the counter was sweet, kind and patient. I appreciate the help. Chef Austin makes delicious creations. When we visited Winnemucca in 2022, the best place to get donuts on a Saturday morning was at the Khoury's. Now in 2023, we have Knead More Dough! Our airbnb host bought two of his cinnamon rolls in the fridge for when we arrived, and they were amazing reheated. Easily the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. The next morning, we stopped by the ordering window and got pastry to fuel us for our morning adventure. Knead More Dough is located in the front of the Spare Time Bowling Center. On my way back home I wanted to stop for a quick lunch bite to take with my on my drive home. I found Knead More Dough through yelp and liked the catchy name and the drool worthy photos. For some reason I had a hard time finding it so I had to circle around two times, but then again I'm not in my familiar vicinity. I came in as the same time as another couple and just thought how fun that every corner had crafts for sale and the presentation of pastries was beautiful most of them were the size of a large hand or face. I liked the variety in the menu items. I ended up ordering a chicken pesto sandwich and a pastry. I hung out for a bit, and asked about a restroom but was informed there were not any public restrooms here. I did not see any seating indoors but perhaps on the outside. I really enjoyed my sandwich it was plentiful, tasty and well prepared. The day I did try my pastry I really enjoyed it. If in the area I would like to come try more pastry options. read more

Delicious pastries! We were headed home to California and decided to bring some home to share with family after eating the ones we had chosen for our breakfast! It's unfortunate that they aren't allowed indoor seating here due to some local code issues. They do have some outside tables on the porch, which are fine if the weather allows. Truly spectacular quality and creativity! I'm already indecisive so seeing all these beautiful handmade creations, I had a hard time choosing! Bourbon pecan croissant, almond croissant, chocolate hazelnut... The list goes on! In the end I chose something that I've never seen before, a scuffin, with the most delightful soft texture and chocolate/raspberry flavor. Took it to brew 95 up the street and it was a delightful combination! Even just asking the guys a few questions, you can tell they really love what they do! Delicious! I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich on a croissant with all the veggies and a gf chocolate cookie. Friendly staff served it in a to go box within 5 minutes. We ate on the cute front porch overlooking the fairy garden. Easy stop on the main road with plenty of room for trailer parking. Note: No bathrooms available here. read more

Super great find! Passing through Winnemucca for baseball and found this diamond in the rough. It's a small operation, don't blink, you might miss their window. Got delish and beautiful pastries! I went on a Wednesday morning and they shared they only make cinnamon rolls on Friday and Saturdays...so we will be back for those. I got croissants and cruffins and our whole family loved them. The hazelnut filling was on the sweet side, I loved the strawberry filling which was light and just perfect. Friendly service to be experienced as well. We stopped here on our way through town from CA Yes, you order THROUGH THE WINDOW. We walked around the building and even went into the bowling alley....looking like CA tourists. He was super sweet and showed us ALL of the perfect pastries he had for today. We failed to take any pictures, because we gobbled up every last crumb without any further delay. I'm not one for writing reviews but I'm really pretty mad right now. We just finished scarfing down 3 pastries and am so mad at myself for not getting one of everything. The cinnamon roll was complete perfection, apple turnover was amazing, and I can say with confidence and certainty the blueberry cheese danish is the best I've ever had. We came by because of others reviews and so glad we did. If you are ever driving through Winnemucca this place is a must. Cute little bakery that I was surprised to find during my road trip from CA to CO. Was excited to be able to grab lunch here as opposed to the standard fast food options.
