The great thing about a team is they really divide and conquer and the results are incredible! Madison's communication was excellent. I think of Madison as the team coach - she provides guidance to each team member after consulting with me on what outcome(s) I was looking to achieve. I had a LOT of clutter that needed organizing and catergorizing into a system. They did an amazing job and were all lovely people to work with! I highly recommend Madion and her team approach.

The home required significant decluttering and reorganization, and this work was taking place while a loved one was experiencing a serious medical crisis and extended hospitalization. Emotions were high, decisions were layered, and the work itself carried real emotional weight. Madison met all of this with remarkable professionalism, clarity, and compassion. From the outset, she demonstrated exceptional leadership--setting a calm tone, creating structure where there was overwhelm, and guiding her team with confidence and respect. She handled a deeply cluttered and emotionally charged environment with care, discretion, and zero judgment, ensuring that both practical needs and human sensitivities were honored throughout the process. Her communication was clear and reassuring, her judgment impeccable, and her presence grounding during a time when many people involved were under significant stress. She didn't just organize a home--she created order, safety, and breathing room when it was urgently needed. If you are facing a complicated situation--especially one that intersects with illness, grief, or major life transition--I cannot recommend Madison and Results At Last highly enough. Their work goes far beyond decluttering. It is thoughtful, dignified, and deeply supportive. We are profoundly grateful.

We have used The Tailor Closet twice now and have been really happy with our outcome! About 3 years…read moreago we hired them to do our master bedroom closets in our condo. Our bedroom had a weird closet set up: one reach in closet and one tiny "walk-in" closet. They did a great job helping us make the most of our space and we've been able to store so much! More recently, we wanted to redo the closet in our guest bedroom as we prepare to turn it into a nursery. We asked if they could replicate the closet we had in our master bedroom, and they were able to do so easily. Both times they were able to get all of our parts quickly and were able to install within 2 weeks which was great. Installation was efficient too. They have a lot of color options for wood and hardwood and can help you choose options that fit your budget. We knew we didn't want plain white wood, so our consultant helped us pick a nice wood color that we could afford. Overall, I highly recommend The Tailored Closet to anyone!

The new builtin furnitures completely transform our home to the next level. 1. Design (10/10) Designer Elyse worked with us closely and diligently to come up with great designs the blends both utility and beauties altogether. The best part of the design is to transform regular old closet to oversized builtin closets. 2. Customer Service (10/10) Owner (Nick) worked closely and patiently with us for resolve some unexpected production/installation related issues. He is very kind, polite and reasonable to work with. 3. Product (7.5/10) We wish the company has a showroom so we can see and touch the product earlier. I have to say the product itself is not at or near the top-tier. For example, the drawer's material is 0.5", compared with my kitchen's 0.625", which feels much solider. Also the construction of shaker doors is on the inexpensive side. 4. Installation (7.5/10) There are few issues with the installed product which you can see from the pictures I included. I was told by the crew some issues can't be fixed (in another word, that's the best they can do). Overall I gave 8/10 for the project. One thing to note is that their pricing is also lower than the top-tier quotes I have seen. So you should make your judgement based on your budget & expectation.

I wanted my wife and I to digest what really happened. I wanted to determine if the ladies of "Organized Life" really did what I paid them to do. First, let me preface by saying if you are a horder, you may have a difficult time with their service. They are not there to go through every piece of garbage you may find valuable and also be your therapist. That would take FOREVER, and this isn't a reality TV show. However, what it is, is a superb service. If you have found yourself living comfortably numb, and have just accumulated STUFF over the years and realize one day that it is time to make a change. They are the crew to help you purge and organize. Molly, Marie and the 3rd girl's name eludes me. For that I sincerely apologize because she was no less outstanding. These young ladies came in, assessed and got busy. We hired them to clear and organize our garage that we used as a storage for years. Stuff we had not touched in 15 years. Some new, but most old. One of the best things I think that this crew possesses is the ability to relate to the homeowner in such a way that the homeowner is not feeling trampled upon, BUT at the same time respectfully probing and prodding to move the process of purging along. Nobody wants to get rid of things they find value in, but if you haven't touched the stuff in several years, what are you really doing? Our reason to hire these ladies was two fold. 1st, we want to prepare to buy another house and move. 2nd, we have gotten older and our bodies physically don't hold up to continously, non stop physical labor as they once did. Needless to say, these ladies had our garage cleared out in about 1.5hrs...maybe an hour and twenty minutes and ready for my wife and I to sift and sort. The sifting and sorting is ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY what takes the longest in the entire process. I can honestly say these girls did in a day what would have probably taken months for my wife and I to finish ourselves...if at all. These girls NAILED IT! They strategized, improvised, and organized. There has been a weight lifted!

Between working and school full time, combining two homes, and kids coming home from college I couldn't catch up. When I would try to organize and put things away I wouldn't know where to start. They worked their butts off and I couldn't be more thankful. Totally non-judgmental and so sweet. I highly recommend!!

So...here's the thing about me. I love stuff. I love having a variety of stuff. I love having colorful pens, cute bags, books...you name it, and I probably started collecting some of it at some point. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with wanting to have and own those things. But what I did notice was that the sheer amount of that stuff was really starting to stress me out. Things didn't have a place. My closet and dresser and drawers were stuffed to the brim. I found it difficult to enjoy these fun things I owned because they were mixed in with other things I didn't enjoy or use anymore. I found that I was hanging onto so many items for years "just in case," and the case would never arrive. I'd tried for years with things like the minimalist challenge and reading self help books to try and get rid of things, but I couldn't seem to make a dent. That's where Nicoll came in. My partner helped me find Nicoll on Yelp and connected the two of us together. We had an introductory phone call where she asked me some questions, and I shared my frustrations with getting rid of things and really needing help with it. We ended up making an appointment for a week later where she showed up with her toolkit and bag of bags for donations. We did a little walk around and I shared areas of stress for me and what I wanted out of the space, which was to know where everything was and to know what I owned. After the intro assessment we dove right in. In the next few hours we: ⁃ Took EVERYTHING out of my closet and purged SO much of it. We went piece by piece and she helped ask clarifying questions (when did I last wear it? Do I like it?) and could usually pick up on if I actually liked something. I noticed patterns of how I reacted when I loved something vs when I wasn't sure or was sort of convincing myself. This is an exercise I tried doing before on my own, but when there's someone standing there, who you paid to help you, who's not attached to your stuff....let me tell you, it changes the game. I found myself deciding to donate (and sometimes sell) what must have been at least a third of my closet (clothes, hats, bags, electronics, etc). ⁃ She busted out her label maker and helped organize and label shelves in categories that made sense. Now I know where everything is! ⁃ She packed up all the items I decided to donate into bags and packed them into her car. It ended up being about 15 bags of things which was absolutely wild to me. Nicoll taking these bags out of my house was a game changer, because there have been many times I've decided to donate items that just end up sitting there in bags for months! I noticed that night going to bed that my room felt emptier, in a really good way. It felt calmer, cleaner, and like I could breathe a bit easier. Some people might read this and think that they shouldn't have to hire someone to help them organize. I know for myself that I hit a wall when it came to organizing on my own, and I needed to ask for help. I'm so glad I did, because it changed my life and my relationship with "stuff." I'm confident that Nicoll will be able to help you if you need it, and I cannot recommend her enough!

She was able to come in and, within an hour, pinpoint exactly what we needed to bring more flow and positive energy into key spaces in our home. One thing that we wanted her thoughts on was a big ceiling beam over our bed. Most Feng Shui books I'd read recommended hanging bamboo flutes from the beam, but I couldn't bring myself to hang little trinkets that totally went against the decor of the rest of the room. Ashley was able to recommend a simple but effective alternative that made a huge difference. After implementing some of her suggestions, the energy has completely shifted in multiple parts of our home, bringing much more light and fun energy in. Here's the thing - energy is one of those things you can't measure. You just have to trust. But if you're here and reading this, there's likely some part of you calling out that the energy in your space needs to be shifted, and there's no better person to help you with that than Ashley. I highly recommend working with her!

When we started, we discovered bugs, mold, and expired spices dating back to 2018 - it was genuinely concerning. Sylvia didn't just organize, she helped us create a healthier environment by thoroughly cleaning and purging everything that was unsafe. What impressed me most was how thoughtfully she designed solutions for our actual needs. She created a pull-out snack center at the perfect height for my 6-year-old son to reach his own snacks independently. She sourced all the organizing supplies from accessible stores like Target and Nordstrom Rack, so the solutions were both effective and budget-friendly. Sylvia listened to how we actually use our kitchen and created systems that make sense for our daily routines. The clear container system in the pantry makes it easy to see what we have and ensures nothing gets forgotten and expires again. Everything now has a designated place that's easy to maintain. The transformation went far beyond just making things look neater - Sylvia helped us create a space that's genuinely healthier and more functional for our family. I can't recommend her highly enough for anyone wanting to reclaim their kitchen from chaos while prioritizing safety and practicality.
