Ashley totally nailed it! We didn't know much about Feng Shui before working with Ashley, just had a sense that things were a little "off" in certain parts of our home. She was able to come in and, within an hour, pinpoint exactly what we needed to bring more flow and positive energy into key spaces in our home. One thing that we wanted her thoughts on was a big ceiling beam over our bed. Most Feng Shui books I'd read recommended hanging bamboo flutes from the beam, but I couldn't bring myself to hang little trinkets that totally went against the decor of the rest of the room. I didn't know much about aligning my home energy and Feng shui before meeting Ashley. In one meeting, she gave me some tips on how to bring more life and unity to my home. It has changed my life! Okay, let me start with this... I'm not a big "woo-wooey" kind of guy. I'm very logical and have a profound appreciation for science. Ashley has a way of bridging the gap for me. She doesn't claim to be "enlightened" or some kind of "Master". Ashley was incredible and we absolutely loved working with her. I have been incorporating Feng Shui into my home for over ten years based on books and my own research. But despite that, I felt like there was just a few tweaks that were needed in our home that I wasn't seeing so I thought to look up consultants. She happened to have a cancellation that week and came out for the initial tour of our home. From the moment Ashley started her consultation I was impressed by how effortlessly she combined her knowledge of Feng Shui practice, my desires for my bedroom, and her connection with the energetic flow in the space. Before she even consulted any of her charts, she had some ideas for me that felt right to me from the beginning. Ashley visited our home and consulted on our space -- her recommendations really opened my eyes to how we could optimize. Recently my boyfriend and I had moved in together into my existing apartment and I hadn't gotten anywhere with updating the space to truly fit both of us! There was a giant shelf that I had kept from my last apartment but it really didn't work in the space. Sometimes it's just SO helpful to have someone come in and discuss compassionately with you about what you're struggling with. I didn't know the big shelf was a problem but Ashley could see it.
